This famous dish of Daliang in Shunde requires masterful control of heat. Founder Mr. Pang adds fresh scallops to this creamy and smooth dish, thereby enhancing the flavor with umami sweetness.

Braised Fish Head, Spring Onion and Ginger Claypot

In this classic dish, fresh fish head is fried until golden brown while the inside remains tender. It is then braised with ginger and spring onion to impart an enticing aroma to the dish.
