Chef Masaaki Miyakawa is thrilled to celebrate his first MICHELIN star outside Japan with you at Sushi Kissho by Miyakawa, Galaxy Macau. For three nights from April 4 to 6, he will personally curate a seasonal omakase experience, demonstrating his mastery of the delicate art of sushi before your eyes.
For the first time, Teppanyaki Shou is pleased to present a very special Omakase experience, where each artfully curated dish is paired with Daishinsyu sake from the “Northern Alps” of Nagano prefecture. Renowned for its pristine water and snow-capped mountains, Nagano’s melted snow water lends a clean, refreshing and smooth flavour to Daishinsyu sake, a true reflection of its purity.
