Chef's secret spice mix gives the organic falafel an exotic punch. It is served with a tantalizing kale tabouli, local heirloom tomatoes, creamy avocado from Australia and a lemony Tzatziki yogurt sauce.
A Japanese-inspired classic. Salmon fillet that is gently cook to perfection is served on a bed of mixed grains and enhanced by the umami flavor of the green tea broth made from kombu and bonito flakes.
Silky smooth custard cream flavored with Madagascan vanilla is layered between crispy sheets of buttery puff pastry. Raspberry sorbet and fresh seasonal fruits give this sweet indulgence a tangy twist.
