Our special afternoon tea experience begins with East-West fusion in savory expressions: Smoked Eel and Sansho Foie Gras on Toast, and Yuzu Cured Hamachi Tartelette— perfectly complementing the exquisite sandwiches that follow. Our signature scones are served with condiments that reflect our chefs’ Asian heritage—shiso strawberry preserves and a black sesame spread.
The sweet creations include an enchanting Mont Blanc Ice Cream that is served tableside and adorned with chestnut Chantilly and a delicate chestnut tuile.
