8½ Otto e Mezzo BOMBANA at Galaxy Macau™ is the third restaurant of three-Michelin-starred Chef Umberto Bombana. Winning multiple accolades including a Michelin Star for 10 consecutive years and helmed by Executive Chef Marino D’Antonio, the Macau team adhere to Umberto’s philosophy of providing the most authentic Italian cuisine, presenting vibrant culinary cultures of Italy.
