Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions

  1. This lucky draw is a research incentive programme (“programme”) organized by New Galaxy Entertainment 2006 Company Limited ("Galaxy").
  2. This lucky draw will start from1 July 2024 to 31 December 2024 (“programme period”). It will be a monthly draw with total six rounds within the programme.
  3. Any eligible participant who completes 2024 Q3 & Q4 - Galaxy Macau Customer Experience Survey (“Survey”) shall be entitled to participate in the Lucky Draw pursuant to below Terms and Conditions.

    How to Join

  4. Eligible participants
    1. During the programme period, the participant must have stay record at “StarWorld Hotel” or hotels at “Galaxy Macau™”, accepted the programme Terms and Conditions, provided his/her WeChat or Email contact and fully completed the Customer Survey (“survey”) as requested to be eligible to the programme.
    2. Or, during the programme period, the participants must be our GEG Privilege Club (“GEGPC”) members, have specified entertainment spending record reaching to a specific criterion at “Galaxy Macau™” or “StarWorld Hotel”, accepted the programme Terms and Conditions, provided his/her contact information and fully completed the survey as requested. The participant must be our GEG “My Privilege” user in order to receive the survey and to be eligible to the programme.
    3. Or, during the programme period, the participants have purchased show ticket through “Galaxy Arena” Ticketing System, with purchase record in the system and acceptance of the Promotion Terms and Conditions, provided his/her email, personal contact information and fully completed the survey as requested with accepting the programme Terms and Conditions in order to eligibly enter the programme.
    4. Or, during the programme period, participants via scan the survey programme QR code provided by "Galaxy Arena" or “Galaxy International Convention Center”, and provided his/her email, personal information (including name and gender) in the survey, and fully completed the survey as requested with accepting the programme Terms and Conditions in order to eligibly enter the programme.
    5. For participants who have received the survey invitation but have not successfully completed the full survey within the specified time limit, they will only receive the next survey and enroll into the lucky draw again, if they fulfill one of the requirements (namely, they must have staying record at “StarWorld Hotel” or hotels at “Galaxy Macau™”, or they must be our GEG Privilege Club (“GEGPC”) members with specified entertainment spending record reach to a specific criterion at “StarWorld Hotel” or “Galaxy Macau™”, or they must have purchased ticket record at the ticketing system of “Galaxy Arena”) again in not less than 30 days after the date of their preceding stay, spending or purchase record (as the case maybe), during the programme period as requested to be eligible to the programme.
    6. For participants who have received the survey invitation and completed the full survey successfully within the specified time limit, they will receive the next survey and enroll into the lucky draw again,  if they fulfill one of the requirements (namely, stay at “StarWorld Hotel” or hotels at “Galaxy Macau™”, or they must be our GEG Privilege Club (“GEGPC”) members with specified entertainment spending record reach to a specific criterion at “StarWorld Hotel” or “Galaxy Macau™”, or purchased tickets at the ticketing system of “Galaxy Arena”) again in not less than 90 days after the date of their preceding stay, spending or purchase record (as the case maybe), during the programme period.
    7. For participants who have scanned the survey programme QR code provided by the "Galaxy Arena" or “Galaxy International Convention Center” and completed the full survey successfully within the specified time limit, they are required to visit again in not less than 90 days during the programme period, and need to scan the survey programme QR code again provided by the "Galaxy Arena" or “Galaxy International Convention Center” and successfully completed the survey, then the participants will be able to join the lucky draw again.
  5. The eligible participants must have completed the survey within the current month to enter the current month lucky draw.  No rollover is permitted for the next draw.
  6. One winner will be drawn from each monthly lucky draw to win a prize.  Each eligible participant is entitled to enter the lucky draw once only for every month, each eligible participant is entitled to a maximum of two chances to win during the programme period.
  7. The survey link sent by email or message will be expired within 14 days after the sent out date.
  8. The QR code of the survey provided by the "Galaxy Arena" or “Galaxy International Convention Center” will be expired on the 3rd day after the event ends.
  9. For participants, who have received the survey invitation and completed the full survey successfully from 00:00am of 1 July 2024 to 11:59pm of 31 July 2024, they are entitled to enroll into the first round lucky draw.
  10. The cut-off time of survey completion for each round is from 00:00am of 1st to 11:59pm of the last day of the month, for more details please refer to the followings (The exact time will be based on the survey submission time of the CX system Qualtrics of Galaxy):
    • First Round: from 00:00am of 1 July 2024 to 11:59pm of 31 July 2024

The winner of the lucky draw will be entitled to a 1-night Hotel Stay at Deluxe room in Galaxy Hotel from Sunday to Thursday (booking subject to availability) (complimentary breakfast not included) (the “Prize”).  Prizes are subject to change and any change will be indicated under the Terms & Conditions listed on the webpage set out below.
  14. There will be no second follow-up draw if the winner for any reason gives up or fails to receive the Prize within the specified time period.
  15. Results will be published on the Lucky Draw webpage (hyperlink in survey invite email: www.galaxymacau.com/tnc/geg-customer-experience-lucky-draw/) two working days after the lucky draw. The winner will also be notified via his/her email address provided in the survey. 
  16. To redeem the Prize, the winner should contact the hotel reservation [Galaxy Hotel (853) 2888 0888] and provide the personal email address, quoting the booking code as provided in the confirmation email and provide full name as indicated on a valid travel document.  The same travel document must be presented for check in.
  17. The Prize is non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash value, changed or exchanged for other items by the winner.
  18. The winner who redeem the hotel stay voucher will be expired within six months start from the date of the draw (i.e. from 5 August 2024 till 00:00am of 4 February 2025).

    *If the prize cannot be redeemed within the time limit due to force majeure factors such as the epidemic, Galaxy will make discretionary changes or postponements according to different circumstances.

  20. Should the winner wish to upgrade or change the room type, the customer will need to pay additional charges upon the customer check in.

  22. The hotel room booking is non-reschedulable once confirmed by the winner.
  23. The winner who redeem winning item must be 18 years of age or older to check in to the Hotel.
  24. Galaxy Hotel Room check-in time is from 15:00. Check-out time by 11:00.
  25. The winner who redeem the Galaxy Hotel Room will have maximum number of registered customers in any room at the Hotel is 3 adults OR 2 adults and 2 children aged 12 or below. The third occupying customer (13 years old or above) is subject to a surcharge of MOP/HKD 388.00 per person per night subject to 10% service charge and 5% government tax.
  26. Employees of Galaxy and its affiliates are not eligible to participate in this Programme.

Participants hereby authorize Galaxy and the companies under Galaxy Entertainment Group (collectively referred to as "Galaxy Entertainment Group") to collect, use, store, analyze (whether in Macau or other jurisdictions) customers' personal data (hereinafter referred to as "data"), and to process the data for the purposes of this Programme as well as catering, accommodation and entertainment services and products in any way, including direct marketing. Participants allow Galaxy Entertainment Group to encrypt and transmit data to any third-party service provider legally authorized by Macau and/or other applicable laws for storage and analysis. In order to provide services to participants, Galaxy may also transfer data across borders to other jurisdictions for the disclosure, collection and use of data to its employees, agents, contractors, subsidiaries, affiliates and third-party providers Behavior, and take necessary measures in accordance with applicable laws and regulations in a timely manner to ensure the security of cross-border transmission of participants' personal information.

  28. Participants who fail to adhere these terms and conditions will automatically lose their eligibility for the lucky draw and prizes. 
  29. This Programme can be canceled or withdrawn at any time at the sole and absolute discretion of Galaxy without notice. If there is any dispute, Galaxy reserves the right to make the final decision.  Galaxy reserves the right to amend or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice.
  30. Any personal data provided in accordance with these terms and conditions, the customer may cancel, modify or update at any time and has the right to withdraw the consent granted by the customer when receiving electronic or sales communications. If necessary, please email to info@galaxyentertainment.com to contact our customer service center (except for the cases where the applicable law stipulates otherwise or it is technically difficult to delete the participant’s personal data, in such cases, Galaxy and its group companies Processing will cease except for storage and necessary security safeguards).

  14. The staying period of Galaxy Hotel room redeemed by the winner is 6 months from the lucky draw date (i.e. from 4 September 2023 till 12:00am of 4 March 2024).
    *If the prize cannot be redeemed within the time limit due to force majeure factors such as the epidemic, Galaxy will make discretionary changes or postponements according to different circumstances.
  15. The Galaxy Hotel room redeemed by the winner is subject to actual availability and will not applicable on the following black out dates (all non-applicable dates are subject to change):

    • 05 November to 07 November 2023
    • 22 December to 31 December 2023
    • 01 January 2024
    • 09 February to 16 February 2024
    • 29 March to 30 March 2024
    • 30 April to 03 May 2024

  16. Should the winner wish to upgrade or change the room type, an additional fee will be charged upon check-in.
  17. Charges for optional services (including but not limited to gratuities, food and beverage, parking, movie and other optional incidentals) are not included.
  18. The hotel room booking cannot be cancelled or changed once confirmed.
  19. The winner who redeem the prize must be 18 years old or above.
  20. Check-in time of Galaxy Hotel room is at 03:00pm and check-out time is before 11:00am.
  21. The maximum number of guests that can be registered for any room in the Galaxy Hotel redeemed by the winner is 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children aged 12 or below. If the third guest is over 13 years old or requires extra bed, MOP/HK$388 per person per night plus 10% service charge and 5% government tax will be charged.
  22. Employees of Galaxy and its affiliates are not eligible to participate in this Programme.
  23. Participants hereby authorize Galaxy and the companies under Galaxy Entertainment Group (collectively referred to as "Galaxy Entertainment Group") to collect, use, store, analyze (whether in Macau or other jurisdictions) customers' personal data (hereinafter referred to as "data"), and to provide Processing of this data for the purposes described in this clause as well as catering, accommodation and entertainment services and products in any way, including direct marketing. Participants allow Galaxy Entertainment Group to encrypt and transmit data to any third-party service provider legally authorized by Macau and/or other applicable laws for storage and analysis. In order to provide services to participants, Galaxy may also transfer data across borders to other jurisdictions for the disclosure, collection and use of data to its employees, agents, contractors, subsidiaries, affiliates and third-party providers Behavior, and take necessary measures in accordance with applicable laws and regulations in a timely manner to ensure the security of cross-border transmission of participants' personal information.

Other Terms and Conditions

  1. Participants who fail to adhere these terms and conditions will automatically lose their eligibility for the lucky draw and prizes.
  2. This incentive programme can be canceled or withdrawn at any time at the sole and absolute discretion of Galaxy without notice. If there is any dispute, Galaxy reserves the right to make the final decision. Galaxy reserves the right to amend or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice.
  3. Any personal data provided in accordance with these terms and conditions, the customer may cancel, modify or update at any time and has the right to withdraw the consent granted by the customer when receiving electronic or sales communications.
