Ticket Purchase

  • How can I pay for my ticket?
    We accept the following payment methods for ticket purchases: 
    • Online payment: VISA, MasterCard, Union Pay, Alipay, WeChat Pay, ICBC epay
    • At the Ticketing: VISA, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, Union Pay, Alipay (China & Macau), WeChat Pay (China), Octopus Card, Macau Pass Card and Simple Pay (BOC Pay, ICBC Pay, CGB pay, ICBC ePay, LusoPay, MPay, Tai Fung Pay and UePay)

  • How can I get the best seats?
    You can purchase tickets via Online or At the Ticketing, both booking methods have access to the same seating allocations and begin selling at the same time. Tickets for the best seats are sold first, according to the best logistics available to the system, so plan to make your purchase sooner rather than later.

  • Can I choose a specific seat? 
    Seat selection options may vary, depending on the event.

  • How can I book an accessible seat or a wider seat?
    Please contact the Ticketing hotline at (853) 8886 7373, and our customer service agents will be able to help you.

  • What does “restricted view” mean?
    Restricted view seating means that the view at the designated seat may be substantial limited by one of several possible factors, including varied stage setups at different events: 
    • A safety rail / pillar
    • Staging
    • An overhang from the seating circle above 
    • A side view of the stage
  • Is there a limit on how many tickets I can purchase? 
    Unless otherwise announced, a maximum of 10 tickets can be purchased per transaction. 

  • Does a baby need a ticket?
    All events require all attendees, regardless of age, to hold a valid ticket for admission. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all time.

  • Is there an age restriction for events?
    Any age restrictions are specific to the event. Adults accompanying children are responsible for determining whether the relevant events are appropriate for children. Please refer to the Event Details page on the official Ticketing or Organizer’s website. 

  • Why there is no Venue Collection option for ticket delivery on the event I am looking at?
    Ticket delivery options may vary, depending on the event. Please refer to the Event Details page on the Galaxy’s official ticketing website for details.

  • Can I collect tickets for someone else if I select Venue Collection as the ticket delivery method?
    No. Only the person who bought the tickets can collect them. Our ticketing agent will require the ticket purchasers to present their personal ID card or passport and the credit card used to buy the tickets for verification when picking up tickets.

  • I lost my physical ticket. Can I get a replacement?
    Please note that replacements for General Admission tickets may not be available when there is no reserved seating in place. If you have lost your tickets for reserved seating, the ticket purchasers can approach our Ticketing in person and be ready to provide the following details and/or documents for verification: 
    • Your account number or Ticket Order ID
    • Details of the event you are attending, including name, date, time and venue 
    • An explanation of the circumstances
    • Your personal ID card or passport
    • The credit card used to purchase the tickets*
    *If the tickets were purchased with a credit card and you are not the credit card holder, the ticket purchasers must come with the credit card holder to the Ticketing for ticket replacement.  Regarding the replacement of E-Tickets / Mobile Tickets, please refer to Point 15-16 for E-Ticket and Mobile Ticket information.

  • Can I get a refund for my ticket or exchange my ticket for another event or seat?
    According to the Galaxy Arena – Terms and Conditions of Sale, tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once the order is confirmed. 

  • What happens if weather issues prevent me from getting to the event?
    Unless the event is cancelled, tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. 

  • If an event has been cancelled or rescheduled, what is your policy?
    When an event is cancelled or re-scheduled, an announcement will be released on Galaxy Macau official website. 

     

    E-Ticket and Mobile Ticket information

  • How can I view my E-ticket?
    You should receive an SMS or email to your registered number or email address containing a hyperlink.  You can click on the hyperlink and log in with your account.  Click on "My Orders" and the order details page will display a QR code for the E-ticket. There is one E-Ticket per hyperlink. 

  • Do E-tickets need to be picked up at the ticket office?
    If you initially chose E-ticket, you are not required to collect physical tickets at the Ticketing or to print a hard copy of your ticket. Please adjust the screen brightness of your electronic device to an optimum level to clearly show the one-time QR code of your E-Ticket at admission.
    If you have chosen E-ticket, it cannot be changed to physical ticket.
    Alternatively, if you initially chose Venue Collection as your ticket delivery method, you are required to collect your tickets in person at the Ticketing by presenting your personal ID card or passport and the credit card used in the purchase for our verification.

    Your E-ticket should be handled carefully. Do not forward your tickets.  Any duplicate E-ticket scanned attempting to enter the venue will be recognized as a “second entry” and the person will not be allowed into the event.   
    If an ownership issue arises, the ticket purchasers will be required to present their photo ID and the credit card used to purchase the tickets in order to confirm your identity / entitlement to seating. 
    Do not purchase E-ticket from unauthorized sellers. Neither GALAXY ARENA, the venue or the event promotor shall take any responsibility for any direct or indirect loss due to the E-ticket purchased from unauthorized individuals.

  • What happens if I lose my SMS or email containing the hyperlink?
    If you lose your SMS or email containing the hyperlink, you can access the Galaxy Macau official website with logging into your ticketing account to view the QR code on your E-ticket. 

     

    Admission

  • When will the venue open for entry?
    The entrance opening time may vary for different events, but it will usually open at least one hour prior to the event.

  • Are there any venue policies for the events?
    Please refer to “Galaxy Arena - Guest Rules and Regulations”. Venue policies are subject to change on an event-by-event basis. You are advised to check the Event Details page on the official Ticketing or Organizer’s website.
  • Is there any limit on what I can bring into the Arena?
    In order to provide a safe environment for the public at events held at Galaxy Arena, guests shall not bring any prohibited items into the venue. Please refer to the Arena’s list of prohibited items at “Galaxy Arena - Guest Rules and Regulations” for more information.
    It is the guests’ responsibility to dispose of or handle the prohibited items before entering the venue.
    Event security personnel may undertake bag checks at all entrances.  All persons entering the Arena may be subject to bag checks.  If necessary, police personnel may assist the Arena’s event security personnel.

  • Can I still get admission to the Arena if I was late?
    Yes, but according to the “Galaxy Arena - Guest Rules and Regulations”, in order to ensure minimal disruption to other guests and performers, the available time for late admission may be limited.
