Galaxy Arena is committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests. All guests shall remain respectful and courteous to Arena staff and fellow patrons, and must comply with directives from Arena staff regarding Arena policies, emergency response procedures and refrain from behavior which may impact the event experience. Any violations of the stipulations of the present Guest Rules and Regulations may result in the individual concerned being refused entry to or immediately expelled from the Arena.
- By entering the Arena, guests agree to be bound by, and therefore must comply with, these Rules and Regulations and other terms and conditions stipulated by the Arena Management.
- Guests are responsible for arriving at the Arena in sufficient time prior to the start of an event. Failure to arrive on time may result in admission being delayed and may not be admitted until there is a suitable break in the performance, at the sole discretion of the Arena Management. No ticket refund or exchange will be made to guests who missed all or part of the event due to late arrival.
- All guests may be subject to protective measures and security checks when entering the Arena, including but not limited to temperature checks, health declaration checks, metal detectors and bag search. Guests should take the initiative to cooperate with the above measures.
- By entering the Arena, guests consent to being photographed, filmed and/or recorded for security reason.
- Guests must enter the Arena through the designated entrances and present valid tickets or passes on entry. One ticket is required for each guest, regardless of age. A valid ticket must be presented for re-entry or upon request for inspection.
- Events may be age-restricted. It is the responsibility of the accompanying adult to determine the suitability of the event for any children attending. No ticket refund or exchange will be offered in circumstances where the accompanying adult decides, following the purchase of a ticket, that the event is not suitable for minors or any other person for whom tickets were purchased or intended.
- Re-entry may not be allowed for specific events. However, guests who intend to re-enter must go through a designated exit or ticket-scanning process when leaving the Arena, with one ticket required per guest. The ticket will be verified again on re-admission; if the ticket was not properly scanned for re-entry, re-entry will not be allowed with no ticket refund
- Accessible/disabled seating and minder seat tickets are designated for persons who depend on wheelchairs for mobility and their accompanying minders.
- Guests should occupy only the designated seat shown on the ticket, unless free seating is specified.
- Enter and exit the upper tier with care. Do not climb, stand or lean on the front rail/glass.
- No entry into restricted areas is allowed at any time.
- Only guide or assistance dogs (service animals) are permitted in the Arena.
- The permitted use of cameras varies by event. Small digital cameras may be permitted for certain events. Please refer to the Arena’s list of Prohibited Items for more information.
- To ensure public safety at events held at the Arena, guests shall not bring any prohibited items into the venue. Please refer to the Arena’s list of Prohibited Items for more information.
- It is the guests’ responsibility to dispose of or handle the prohibited items before entering the venue.
- Throwing objects, employing foul or abusive language, and behaving in a disorderly manner in the Arena is prohibited. Any violations of these rules may result in ejection of the Arena.
- Guests may not interfere with the event or athletes and/or performers in any manner.
- Guests may not engage in fighting, taunting, assault, intentional and unwanted physical contact with another guest, making threatening gestures, throwing objects or other behaviors deemed potentially detrimental to the experience of other guests or has the potential of breaching the peace or causing a commotion.
- Due to crowd flow and environmental, health and safety concerns, soliciting on Arena property is strictly prohibited. This includes distribution of flyers, pamphlets, leaflets, brochures, gathering of signatures, picketing and unauthorized merchandise sales.
- Unauthorized banners, buntings, flyers or publicity materials of any kind may not be displayed in the Arena without the permission of the Management. The Management reserves the right to prohibit anyone from bringing any article or object into the Arena.
- No promotional materials, souvenirs or give-away items may be distributed in the Arena without the permission of the Management.
- Merchandise related to an event may only be sold or resold at the Arena by registered parties.
- Unauthorized recording (both video and sound), filming and photography are not allowed in the Arena during performances. Professional video, camera and audio equipment may not be brought into the venue. Please refer to the Arena’s list of Prohibited Items for more information.
- Guest will not be allowed to enter or stay in the venue if they appear to be intoxicated. Drunk and disorderly behavior will result in ejection from the Arena without ticket refund or exchange.
- Smoking (including both electronic and lit cigarettes, cigars and pipes) is prohibited at the Arena in accordance with the law. Offenders may be removed from the venue and prosecuted.
- Guests not properly attired might not be admitted. Guests entering the Arena must wear appropriate clothing, which includes shoes. Additionally, all guests must be fully clothed to enter any area of the Arena. Guests displaying obscene, indecent and/or inappropriate clothing are subject to management discretion and may be prohibited from entering or remaining at the Arena.
- Switch off all watch alarms, and set mobile telephones and audio devices to silent mode during the performance.
- By attending the Arena, guests consent to being filmed or recorded by the police or security staff for the purpose of safety and monitoring at the Arena.
- Galaxy Arena has the authority to set new rules as required by any specific event.
- The contents shown and opinions expressed in any event held at Galaxy Arena reflect solely the opinions of the performing artist(s) and do not reflect the opinions or views of the venue owner and the venue operator.
- For public safety, guests shall not sit, stand, block or deliberately cause obstructions at points of entry or exits, staircases, aisles, zone access points, emergency exits or access routes for emergency services within the venue. Guests shall not impede, obstruct or detrimentally affect any user of these facilities.
- Guest’s view may not able to remain completely unobstructed throughout the event due to venue limitations.
- By entering Galaxy Arena, guests hereby acknowledge that they have read, understand and agree with all provisions herein and shall not have any recourse against Galaxy Entertainment Group for any losses, expenses, costs, damages, actions, demands, suits, claims and/or other liabilities arising thereof.

Prohibited Items
PERSONAL ITEMS / CLOTHING / ANIMALS
- Suitcase in any size. Bags, backpacks or briefcases with size exceeding 50cm x 50cm x 25cm.
- Inappropriate clothing containing vulgar language or may cause a negative impact on other spectators.
- No animals (except for certified disability service animals).
- Baby strollers.
- Bicycles, motorcycle, scooters, skateboards, roller skates/shoes, wagons/segways or other unauthorized means of transportation.
- Incubator, coolers, thermoses, glass/metal bottles, cans.
- Noise makers, air horns, speakers, whistles, bullhorns or other unauthorized noise-making devices.
- No chains, handcuffs or restraint items.
- Non-collapsible umbrellas.
- Table and chairs in any form, stools, shelves, collapsible chairs.
CONSUMABLES
- No outside food or beverages (including drinking water).
- Alcoholic beverages.
ELECTRONICS / CAMERAS / RECORDING DEVICES
- Cameras with a zoom lens of greater than 55mm, GoPros, flash attachments, gimbals, selfie sticks, tripods, bipods and monopods.
- Camcorders in any form.
- Drones and any other type of unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV).
- Laptops
WEAPONS / DANGEROUS MATERIALS & OBJECTS
- Knives of any size (including pocket knives), box cutters or sharp objects of any kind.
- Guns, tasers, imitation gun, or firearms of any type. No firearms carried by guests are permitted at the Arena with the exception of qualified law enforcement officers.
- Pepper spray, bug spray, tear gas or other types of aerosol containers.
- Drugs, narcotics or any illegal substances.
- Balloons of any kind.
- Laser pointers or other types of laser generator.
- Lighters, fireworks or other incendiary devices.
- Sticks, poles/flagpoles or other similar items.
- Any item/device deemed a safety hazard by management.
SIGNAGE / ADVERTISING / PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS
- No distribution of unauthorized promotional or commercial material
- Hanging flags, banners/signs.
- Signs or other promotional items larger than 11”x17” (A3)
- Any item/wording deemed by management/artist to be inappropriate.
The prohibited items may be subject to change at the request of the organizer due to the varying nature and requirements of each event/show. Guests are advised to refer to official ticketing or organizer’s announcement for the most up-to-date information.
Guests enter the Arena at their own risk and are responsible for keeping their personal possessions safe at all times whilst at the Arena. Neither Galaxy Entertainment Group nor the event organizer shall be liable for any personal injuries or the loss, damage or theft of any items that may be cause by third parties.
Galaxy Arena reserves the right, at its absolute discretion and without a refund or cancellation exception, to refuse admission to any person and/or to eject any person from the Arena if it considers that person to have failed to comply with the above Rules and Regulations, and if a person’s behavior or conduct is causing, or is likely to cause (without limitation) damage, injury, nuisance, or distress to others.
