On the menu is an array of spectacular mushrooms and fungi whose outstanding flavors match their fame and value. Yunnan matsutake, cauliflower fungus, and wild mushrooms harvested from the majestic Changbai Mountains are highly prized for their scarcity and distinctive flavor. “Gangba” mushroom, native to Yunnan, boasts a texture remarkably similar to dried beef and is considered the holy grail of gastronomes. Our seasonal selection also includes “Laorentou” mushrooms, gathered from the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau 3,000m above sea level, as well as the popular porcini, morel and chanterelle mushrooms.
