Chef Masaaki Miyakawa, the three-Michelin-starred virtuoso and founding chef of Sushi Kissho by Miyakawa, returns to Macau for a rare culinary dialogue with the restaurant’s Executive Chef, Hironori Satake.

A revered master of the timeless art of sushi, Chef Miyakawa captures the fleeting beauty of the seasons, showcasing the finest ingredients from Japan’s most esteemed growers and fishermen. Working alongside him, Chef Satake—who began his lifelong devotion to sushi at the age of 19—rose to Head Chef at Miyakawa’s Sushi Shin in Niseko before leading the Sushi Kissho team to their first Michelin Star within a year of opening.
