Our spring-inspired legendary afternoon tea is jointly crafted by award-winning Chef de Cuisine Yorick Soh, and Michelin-starred pastry master Lok Hin Yam who shone in the recent 2024 Constance Festival Culinaire competition. On top of being the runner-up for the Pierre Hermé Trophy, he also received the coveted “Best Artistic Piece” award from none other than the Godfather of Pastry, Pierre Hermé.
The afternoon tea showcases a marvelous display of eclairs and cakes meticulously crafted to resemble bees, butterflies and flowers. Together they cast their enchanting spells under the brilliant light of the lounge’s centerpiece, a cascading chandelier.
Equally delightful are the dainty savories—Jamon Iberico Potato Mille-feuille, Beef Bourguignon Pithivier and Lobster Tart. No classic afternoon tea is complete without freshly-baked scones and ours are served with sweet preserves and luscious clotted cream. For drinks, you may choose from an extensive selection of premium coffee and tea, and elevate your experience with a glass of sparkling tea by Fortnum & Mason.
