The Apron Oyster Bar & Grill is proud to welcome back seasoned chef and master butcher Jonathan Glover for an extraordinary steak experience alongside Galaxy Macau’s culinary talents, Luca Signoretti and Michel Kristensen.

Founder of Hong Kong’s Flat Iron Steak restaurants and famed gourmet butcher Steak King, Jonathan is synonymous with top-quality beef. This time, he brings with him Rangers Valley’s Black Onyx – 100% pure Australian Angus renowned for its exceptional marbling and flavor.

The menu features premium cuts of Black Onyx, reimagined by each chef: Chef Luca’s Italian-style M3 Bone-in Tenderloin, Chef Michel’s Nordic-inspired M3 Porterhouse and T-Bone, and Jonathan’s showstopping M3 Tomahawk, paired with charred bone marrow and smoky Ancho chili butter. Fans of Jonathan’s burgers are in for a treat as he presents “The Fat Boy”, crafted with Rangers Valley’s flavor-packed M5 Wagyu short ribs.

To complete this feast of the senses, steaks will be carved tableside as our chefs share their insights into the unique qualities of each cut.
