Each pour tells a story of altitude, climate, and craftsmanship, perfectly paired with a seasonal menu that spotlights autumn’s finest ingredients, from succulent crab to aromatic Yunnan matsutake mushrooms.
Founded by visionary winemaker Ma Jie, Petit Mont is celebrated for its philosophy of "small production, high quality," with limited annual releases that have earned international acclaim. The winery’s dedication to excellence is evident in every bottle, from the crisp Ningxia Cabernet Sauvignon Rosé to the rare Tibetan red blend sourced from vineyards at 3,500 meters above sea level.
