Invented in the original Café de Paris Monte-Carlo in 1895, this dessert is a timeless classic for the ages. Soft pancakes are flambéed with Grand Marnier, a cognac based orange liqueur that gives the dessert a deep rich orange flavor. Prepared table side, it as a true spectacle.
