Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions

  1. This lucky draw is a research incentive programme (“programme”) organized by New Galaxy Entertainment 2006 Company Limited ("Galaxy").
  2. This lucky draw will start from 1 January 2024 to 30 June 2024 (“programme period”). It will be a monthly draw with total six rounds within the programme.
  3. Any eligible participant who completes 2024 Q1 & Q2 - Galaxy Macau Customer Experience Survey (“Survey”) shall be entitled to participate in the Lucky Draw pursuant to below Terms and Conditions.

    How to Join

  4. Eligible participants
    1. During the programme period, the participant must have stay record at “StarWorld Hotel” or hotels at “Galaxy Macau™”, accepted the programme Terms and Conditions, provided his/her WeChat or Email contact and fully completed the Customer Survey (“survey”) as requested to be eligible to the programme.
    2. Or, during the programme period, the participants must be our GEG Privilege Club (“GEGPC”) members, have specified entertainment spending record reaching to a specific criterion at “Galaxy Macau™” or “StarWorld Hotel”, accepted the programme Terms and Conditions, provided his/her contact information and fully completed the survey as requested. The participant must be our GEG “My Privilege” user in order to receive the survey and to be eligible to the programme.
    3. Or, during the programme period, the participants have purchased show ticket through “Galaxy Arena” Ticketing System, with purchase record in the system and acceptance of the Promotion Terms and Conditions, provided his/her email, personal contact information and fully completed the survey as requested with accepting the programme Terms and Conditions in order to eligibly enter the programme.
    4. Or, during the programme period, participants via scan the survey programme QR code provided by "Galaxy Arena" or “Galaxy International Convention Center”, and provided his/her email, personal information (including name and gender) in the survey, and fully completed the survey as requested with accepting the programme Terms and Conditions in order to eligibly enter the programme.
    5. For participants who have received the survey invitation but have not successfully completed the full survey within the specified time limit, they will only receive the next survey and enroll into the lucky draw again, if they fulfill one of the requirements (namely, they must have staying record at “StarWorld Hotel” or hotels at “Galaxy Macau™”, or they must be our GEG Privilege Club (“GEGPC”) members with specified entertainment spending record reach to a specific criterion at “StarWorld Hotel” or “Galaxy Macau™”, or they must have purchased ticket record at the ticketing system of “Galaxy Arena”) again in not less than 30 days after the date of their preceding stay, spending or purchase record (as the case maybe), during the programme period as requested to be eligible to the programme.
    6. For participants who have received the survey invitation and completed the full survey successfully within the specified time limit, they will receive the next survey and enroll into the lucky draw again,  if they fulfill one of the requirements (namely, stay at “StarWorld Hotel” or hotels at “Galaxy Macau™”, or they must be our GEG Privilege Club (“GEGPC”) members with specified entertainment spending record reach to a specific criterion at “StarWorld Hotel” or “Galaxy Macau™”, or purchased tickets at the ticketing system of “Galaxy Arena”) again in not less than 90 days after the date of their preceding stay, spending or purchase record (as the case maybe), during the programme period.
    7. For participants who have scanned the survey programme QR code provided by the "Galaxy Arena" or “Galaxy International Convention Center” and completed the full survey successfully within the specified time limit, they are required to visit again in not less than 90 days during the programme period, and need to scan the survey programme QR code again provided by the "Galaxy Arena" or “Galaxy International Convention Center” and successfully completed the survey, then the participants will be able to join the lucky draw again.
  5. The eligible participants must have completed the survey within the current month to enter the current month lucky draw.  No rollover is permitted for the next draw.
  6. One winner will be drawn from each monthly lucky draw to win a prize.  Each eligible participant is entitled to enter the lucky draw once only for every month, each eligible participant is entitled to a maximum of two chances to win during the programme period.
  7. The survey link sent by email or message will be expired within 14 days after the sent out date.
  8. The QR code of the survey provided by the "Galaxy Arena" or “Galaxy International Convention Center” will be expired on the 3rd day after the event ends.
  9. For participants, who have received the survey invitation and completed the full survey successfully from 00:00am of 1 January 2024 to 11:59pm of 30 June 2024, they are entitled to enroll into the first round lucky draw.
  10. The cut-off time of survey completion for each round is from 00:00am of 1st to 11:59pm of the last day of the month, for more details please refer to the followings (The exact time will be based on the survey submission time of the CX system Qualtrics of Galaxy):

The winner of the lucky draw will be entitled to a 1-night Hotel Stay at Deluxe room in Galaxy Hotel from Sunday to Thursday (booking subject to availability) (complimentary breakfast not included) (the “Prize”).  Prizes are subject to change and any change will be indicated under the Terms & Conditions listed on the webpage set out below.
  14. There will be no second follow-up draw if the winner for any reason gives up or fails to receive the Prize within the specified time period.
  15. Results will be published on the Lucky Draw webpage (hyperlink in survey invite email: www.galaxymacau.com/tnc/geg-customer-experience-lucky-draw/) two working days after the lucky draw. The winner will also be notified via his/her email address provided in the survey. 
  16. To redeem the Prize, the winner should contact the hotel reservation [Galaxy Hotel (853) 2888 0888] and provide the personal email address, quoting the booking code as provided in the confirmation email and provide full name as indicated on a valid travel document.  The same travel document must be presented for check in.
  17. The Prize is non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash value, changed or exchanged for other items by the winner.
  18. The winner who redeem the hotel stay voucher will be expired within six months start from the date of the draw (i.e. from 3 March 2024 till 00:00am of 3 September 2024).

    *If the prize cannot be redeemed within the time limit due to force majeure factors such as the epidemic, Galaxy will make discretionary changes or postponements according to different circumstances.

Participants allow Galaxy Entertainment Group to encrypt and transmit data to any third-party service provider legally authorized by Macau and/or other applicable laws for storage and analysis. In order to provide services to participants, Galaxy may also transfer data across borders to other jurisdictions for the disclosure, collection and use of data to its employees, agents, contractors, subsidiaries, affiliates and third-party providers Behavior, and take necessary measures in accordance with applicable laws and regulations in a timely manner to ensure the security of cross-border transmission of participants' personal information.

Any personal data provided in accordance with these terms and conditions, the customer may cancel, modify or update at any time and has the right to withdraw the consent granted by the customer when receiving electronic or sales communications.   2. This lucky draw will start from 1 April to 30 June 2023. It will be a monthly draw with total three draws within the programme.
  3. Any respondent who completes a Customer Experience survey solicited by NGE2006CL shall automatically participate in the lucky draw, subject to provision of his/her contact information, which forms the research incentive programme.
  4. Eligible participants
    1. The respondents must have stay record at Galaxy Hotel™, StarWorld Hotel, Banyan Tree Hotel or Hotel Okura Macau, accepting the lucky draw T&C, provided his/her WeChat or Email contact and fully completed the customer experience survey (survey) as requested.
    2. Or the respondents must be our GEG Privilege Club ("GEGPC") members, have casino spending record reach to a specific criterion at Galaxy MacauTM or StarWorld Hotel, accepting lucky draw Terms and Conditions, provided his/her contact information and fully completed the survey as requested. The participant must be our GEG "My Privilege" user in order o receive the survey.
    3. Eligible participants of our loyalty customer
      • For our loyalty customer, who received the survey but did not complete, will only receive another survey 30 days after the day the first survey received. And only to the customers who have new stayed record at participated hotel.
      • For our loyalty customer, who completed the survey in the month, will only receive another survey 90 days after the day the first survey received. And only to the customers who have new stayed record at participated hotel.
  5. The eligible respondents must have completed the survey within the current month to enter the current month draw, last month eligible respondents will not be accumulated to next draw.
  6. One respondent will be drawn from a monthly lucky draw to win a Prize. Each respondent is entitled to enter the lucky draw once only for every draw.
  7. The first draw eligible respondents name list will be started to collect from 00:00am 1 April to 11:59pm 30 April 2023.

Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions (Q2)
  1. This lucky draw is a research incentive programme ("programme") organized by New Galaxy Entertainment 2006 Company Limited ("NGE2006CL").
  2. This lucky draw will start from 1 April to 30 June 2023. It will be a monthly draw with total three draws within the programme.
  3. Any respondent who completes a Customer Experience survey solicited by NGE2006CL shall automatically participate in the lucky draw, subject to provision of his/her contact information, which forms the research incentive programme.
  4. Eligible participants
    1. The respondents must have stay record at Galaxy Hotel™, StarWorld Hotel, Banyan Tree Hotel or Hotel Okura Macau, accepting the lucky draw T&C, provided his/her WeChat or Email contact and fully completed the customer experience survey (survey) as requested.
    2. Or the respondents must be our GEG Privilege Club ("GEGPC") members, have casino spending record reach to a specific criterion at Galaxy MacauTM or StarWorld Hotel, accepting lucky draw Terms and Conditions, provided his/her contact information and fully completed the survey as requested. The participant must be our GEG "My Privilege" user in order o receive the survey.
    3. Eligible participants of our loyalty customer
      • For our loyalty customer, who received the survey but did not complete, will only receive another survey 30 days after the day the first survey received. And only to the customers who have new stayed record at participated hotel.
      • For our loyalty customer, who completed the survey in the month, will only receive another survey 90 days after the day the first survey received. And only to the customers who have new stayed record at participated hotel.
  5. The eligible respondents must have completed the survey within the current month to enter the current month draw, last month eligible respondents will not be accumulated to next draw.
  6. One respondent will be drawn from a monthly lucky draw to win a Prize. Each respondent is entitled to enter the lucky draw once only for every draw.
  7. The first draw eligible respondents name list will be started to collect from 00:00am 1 April to 11:59pm 30 April 2023.
  8. Eligible respondents name list collection is from 12:00midnight of 1st to 11:59pm of the last day of the month. *The time will be based on the survey submission time in the CX system of NGE2006CL "Qualtrics".

  9. The lucky draw will be conducted by NGE2006CL on 3rd of the following month of the recent round of name list collection period. Should this fall on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the draw will take place on the following working week day.

  10. The first lucky draw will take place on 3 May 2023 (the last drawing day will be at 11am 3 July 2023).
  11. The lucky draw will be performed randomly by a manual created Excel program.
  12. There will be no second follow-up draw if the winner for any reason gives up to receive the prize.
  13. The winner of the lucky draw will be entitled to a 1-night Hotel Stay at Galaxy Hotel in a Deluxe room from Sunday to Thursday (complimentary breakfast not included) (the "Prize"). Prizes are subject to change and any change will be indicated under the Terms & Conditions listed on the webpage set out below.
  14. Results will be published on the Lucky Draw webpage (hyperlink in survey invite email: www.galaxymacau.com/tnc/geg-customer-experience-lucky-draw/) two working days after the draw. The winner will also be notified via his/her email address provided in the survey.

To redeem the prize the winner should contact the hotel reservation [Galaxy Hotel (853) 2888 0888] and provide his/her email address, quoting the booking code as provided in the confirmation email and provide full name as indicated on a valid travel document. The same travel document must be presented for check in.
  16. The hotel stay period is six months from the date of the draw (i.e. from 4th April till 4 October 2023, 12:00midnight).
    *If the prize cannot be redeemed within the time limit due to force majeure factors such as the epidemic, the company will make discretionary changes or postponements according to different circumstances.
