Cancellation and refund available on or before 1 April 2026, Macao local time, provided written notice is sent to Reservations@andazmacau.com for processing. Please note that any cancellation refund may be subject to transaction fees charged by the credit card bank.
Please note that a fee equivalent to the total cost of your stay will apply if cancellation occurs after the deadline.
In the event of no-show, prepayment of the entire stay period will be charged as cancellation.
The registered guest must be 18 years of age or above to check in.
The maximum number of registered persons in any room at Andaz Macau is 3 adults (with extra supplement charge) OR 2 adults and 2 children aged 12 or below.
The third occupying guest (13 years old or above) is subject to a surcharge of MOP/HKD388 per person per night at Andaz Macau; and surcharges are subject to a 10% service charge and a 5% tourism tax (without any offer benefits).
