Spring’s bounty is evident all around as we enter into April. The culinary team at Yamazato is excited to share with you the finest Japanese produce with the Uzuki Kaiseki. 

Only available between April and June, Hokkaido Helmet Crab is at its fattest and bursting with roe. You can enjoy this much sought-after delicacy in our refreshing appetizer. Also at their flavorful peak are fresh clams from Aichi, Japanese comb pen shell and bay scallops. With their exceptional umami sweetness, these plump and juicy shellfish will add an extra dimension to your spring feast. Sweetfish, with its delicate hint of water melon, makes a perfect match for Japanese freshwater crab in your fried dish. 

This luxurious kaiseki also includes seasonal sashimi of the day, as well as beautifully marbled Saga wagyu slice grilled to perfection and served with a refreshingly sweet radish sauce.
