Celebrating its first anniversary in Macau, the Michelin-starred restaurant brand Putien from Singapore presents a unique menu of the finest Fujian delicacies, jointly crafted by Putien chefs of the Singapore, Hong Kong and Macau restaurants. 

As Master Chef of Putien on Kitchener Road, Li Wen Wu has led his team to attain the coveted Michelin Star 7 years in a row; while Chen Guang Lin, now Regional Coach of Putien Hong Kong, is the chef that led the Singapore team towards its first Michelin Star. Ng Man Kin who helms the Macau restaurant is also an award-winning chef who has once led a local restaurant to become one of the city’s most popular eateries. 

To present the essence of Fujian cuisine in its glory, the three chefs have procured some of the finest seafood and premium delicacies. With a combination of inventive flavor pairings and traditional culinary techniques, they will delight your palate with amazing sensations. The two banquet dishes Double-boiled Chicken Soup with Sea Clams and Braised 5-head Abalone with Braised Pork Ribs both feature seafood prepared tableside, taking luxurious dining to new heights.
