Pak Loh Chiu Chow is honored to present a transcendent collaboration with Sonoma's iconic Donum Estate, crafting a feast that spans the Pacific. This evening, three visionary figures from Donum— Owner Allan Warburg, CEO Angelica de Vere Mabray, and Winemaker Tony Chapman —will join us in Macau to share every glass of this terroir-expressive, art-infused wine, recounting the legendary journey from vineyard to sculpture park.

Donum, Latin for "Gift of the Land" is one of the few elite wineries in the world to achieve Regenerative Organic Certified® status. Farming with minimal intervention, they allow each grape to faithfully convey the terroir of the Russian River Valley. The estate also houses over 60 monumental outdoor sculptures—a vineyard that is also an art museum. This devotion to land and aesthetics is embodied in every exceptional wine you will taste tonight.
