The welcome drink, “Lavender Breeze,” is a floral-infused invitation to an orchard in bloom. A kaleidoscope of garden-fresh creations follows, where seasonal fruits are transformed into edible jewels. Experience a bright awakening of the senses with the Lemon, Yuzu and Basil Tart, featuring a zesty filling balanced by the aromatic freshness of garden basil. The Apricot and Almond Choux offers a delicate crunch, yielding to a velvety almond cream and the sweetness of sun-ripened apricots. Savories are a masterclass of creative craftsmanship: Crab Meat and Green Tea Jelly playfully sculpted into a mini crab, and a decadent tamagoyaki toast topped with sweet uni.
