Putien integrates the profound heritage of Fujian cuisine into its hot pot, interpreting the Fujian cuisine's pursuit of ultimate freshness through unique cooking philosophy. The Fujian Satay Broth offers a rich sweetness with a Southeast Asian flair; the Fujian Tomato Sour and Spicy Broth delivers a tangy, spicy kick that awakens the senses; and the newly introduced Fujian Red Mushroom and Soy Milk Broth, meticulously simmered with premium red mushrooms and freshly ground soy milk, boasts a pinkish hue and a smooth, creamy texture, rich in natural antioxidants for nourishing and beautifying effects. Signature ingredients include Handmade Fujian Beef Balls, Dalian Abalone, Fresh Shrimp, Mini Lobster, Xinghua Rice Vermicelli and more.
