For two exclusive evenings, Culinary Director, two-Michelin-starred Chef Xu Jingye and Resident Chef Lam Hon Tim join forces to present a masterclass in Cantonese gastronomy, exquisitely paired with China’s “national liquor,” Moutai.  This rare culinary journey is anchored by aged expressions of Moutai—headlined by the coveted 15-year vintage, a milestone pour that beautifully honors the 15th Anniversary of Galaxy Macau. 

Together, our chefs will showcase the art of “refined homeliness”—reimagined Cantonese classics that pay homage to tradition while harmonizing with the complex, savory “sauce aroma” of each aged spirit.
