The Michelin-starred Sushi Kissho by Miyakawa proudly welcomes Master Masaaki Miyakawa to Macau for the restaurant’s inaugural sake tasting dinner, in collaboration with luxury sake maison Sake Hundred.

Across two exclusive evenings on March 20 and 21, the three-Michelin-starred sushi master will present a seasonal omakase journey, crafted to highlight the distinctive philosophy and craftsmanship of Sake Hundred—one of the most compelling rising stars in contemporary sake.

Curating the evening is Sommelier Ivan Au Yang, among the select few in the world to hold the prestigious International Sakasho (Master of Sake) certification from SSI International. Rising to the challenge of pairing Chef Miyakawa’s pristine creations, he has hand-selected iconic expressions from Sake Hundred’s portfolio, including the multi award-winning Byakko Bespoke, a Gold Medal winner at the International Wine Challenge 2019, and Shinsei, a refined sparkling sake whose luminous effervescence is matched by a silky, umami-driven finish.
