The bright citrus aromas of the Raspberry Yuzu Panna Cotta and Honey Grapefruit Bavarois echo the freshness of the season. A fragrant, tangy Hibiscus Peach Ponpon envelops the palate with its airy mousse; while the Strawberry Cheesecake and Cherry Choux take on bold, ruby-red forms.
