A master in the art of fire-kissed cuisine, BarKar’s founder Lee Zhe Xi will introduce the dynamic and inventive gastronomy of his acclaimed establishment to our popular steak and seafood restaurant. 

Amuse Bouche sees the oyster served in KarBar and The Apron styles. Creations such as Laksa Ice Cream and Tiger Prawn, and Rice Fermented Pork Belly with Spice Mole highlight our Malaysian guest chef’s creative approach to gastronomy; while Chef Jeronimo’s umami-rich Beef Tataki with Oyster Sauce Dashi, and Beef Consommé with Smoked Bone Marrow marry global influences with refined artistry.
