Take a deep dive into the art of tea with the award-winning tea masters and culinary talents of Galaxy Macau™, and explore the profound significance of tea in Chinese culture.

Our latest installment of “The Art of Tea” extravaganza comprises a workshop and a dinner of tea cuisine. Hosting the workshop is Andrew U, Tea Master of Galaxy Macau and the National Champion of “MingXing” Tea Specialists. He will share with you the flavor profiles of various teas and flowers so you can create your own blend of floral tea. This journey of discovery is complemented by creative desserts crafted by our Executive Pastry Chef Lok Hin Yam.

Helming the dinner is Raymond Chan, Executive Chef of Pak Loh Chiu Chow Restaurant, who will elevate seasonal ingredients with the distinctive aromas of premium teas. Savor the refreshing fragrance of Iron Buddha in his tender abalone, or immerse yourself in the pleasing jasmine notes in his crispy pigeon. Three award-winning tea masters will be at the dinner to present their selection of premium teas, with each brew telling a unique story.
