We will unveil the ancient secrets guarded by exceptional vignerons, presenting a brilliant tapestry of terroir, heritage, and craftsmanship through the dialogue between seven artisanal wines and six chef-curated courses.
The evening commences with a welcoming glass of 2023 Côtes-du-Rhône Blanc. The journey then unfolds: you will savor the sweetness of Hokkaido Scallop Tiradito, paired with a wine from Domaine Gourt de Mautens that captures the complex soul of Southern Rhône whites; relish the luxurious richness of Slow Cooked Egg with Black Truffle, accompanied by the powerful yet elegant Gigondas from Moulin de la Gardette.
The main chapter reaches its crescendo: the combination of Lamb Chop and Veal Sweetbread will resonate with the legendary Domaine de Banneret Châteauneuf-du-Pape—a treasure from a minuscule estate dating back to 1405, crafted entirely by traditional hands, each sip a taste of history. The sumptuous flavors of Roast Pigeon Stuffed with Figs and Foie Gras will be tamed by the Cornas Vieilles Vignes from the Northern Rhône superstar Tardieu-Laurent, offering a masterclass in concentrated, profound Syrah.
