On September 17, 2025, Andaz Kitchen will host the "Château Cos d'Estournel Wine Dinner," featuring an exquisite five-course menu crafted by our Executive Chef André Lai, perfectly paired with premium vintages from this iconic Bordeaux estate.
With his exceptional culinary expertise, Executive Chef André Lai has meticulously designed each course to complement the distinctive character of Cos d'Estournel wines. The evening will showcase the estate's remarkable collection, including the rare 2018 Blanc (RP 91 points)—a white wine with refreshing minerality and elegant acidity, produced in limited quantities of fewer than 1,000 cases annually. You'll also savor the perfectly balanced 2012 Rouge (RP 93 points), now at its ideal drinking window, and the near-perfect 2017 Rouge (RP 98 points), celebrated for its silky tannins and complex layers.
We are honored to welcome Céline Dai, Business Development Manager for Château Cos d'Estournel in China, who will share insights into the terroir and winemaking philosophy behind each vintage, offering guests an immersive experience into the artistry of Bordeaux's finest.
