This October, Long Bar Macau is serving up Nordic saga in a glass with a bar takeover by pioneer mixologists Maroš Dzurus and Paul Voza from Oslo-based Himkok, ranked #11 on the latest World’s 50 Best Bars list.

A forward-thinking bar that celebrates all things Norwegian, Himkok has been shaping the Scandinavian cocktail scene for over a decade. The bar’s inspired menu is a showcase of Nordic produce and craft spirits distilled on-site, with global influences from talented individuals such as Bar Manager Maroš of Slovak descent, and Paul Voza, Himkok’s Head of Research and Development of French and Mexican heritage.
