Elvira, Elya (age 20) is an ordinary student, future ecologist. When the head of the construction company Matvey (age 30) was visiting Moscow State University presenting his "Bitsevsky Forest" conversion project, Elya has completely beaten him in a conversation. Matvey is intrigued by Elya’s self-confidence and inapproachability, so he decides to respond to her as a true man - by seducing her and spoiling with gifts. To Matvey’s misfortune, Elya refuses to accept his “sponsorship”. Maybe she can spend a night with a cool guy, but she is not a thing to be bought. Eventually, Matvey offers Elya a bet. Elya shall spend seven romantic days with Matvey, and Matvey can look after her as he pleases. If she still wants to leave Matvey seven days after, he will give up on his skyscraper construction project. He is absolutely sure that the young woman wouldn’t be able to live without him seven days after. An excitement and desire to save the park takes over Elvira at the same time. She refuses to accept Matvey’s bet at first. However, when Matvey stops his construction project for real, she accepts his bet.
