House of Origin unites Two-Michelin-Starred Culinary Director Xu Jingye with Chef Kevin Wong of Singapore's two-Michelin-starred Seroja.

Bringing together Xu's refined Cantonese culinary artistry and Wong's contemporary interpretation of the Malay Archipelago's rich gastronomic heritage, the chefs move beyond tradition to co-create an exceptional tasting menu inspired by the ingredients, flavours and stories that define their respective cuisines. Bridging Macau and Southeast Asia, this rare collaboration unfolds as an elegant dialogue between two origins, where ideas, techniques and perspectives converge to create something entirely new. With just 18 seats available and the chefs cooking side by side mere steps from the table, guests are invited into an intimate and immersive culinary experience unlike any other.
