Limited time NEW SIGN-UP BONUS REDEMPTION METHOD

Upon successful card activation, the Limited Time Sign-up Bonus will be deposited into the "ICBC (Macau) Mobile Banking APP (e-life) — Galaxy Rewards Points — My Voucher". By then, the Eligible Cardholder will receive a congratulatory SMS notification from Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Macau) Limited (ICBC (Macau)).
The Limited Time Sign-up Bonus must be redeemed at the designated counter at Galaxy Macau within the validity period, all unredeemed bonus within the validity period shall be forfeited and not to be reissued.
The eligible cardholder needs to present the live QR code of the valid e-voucher to redemption counter staff for offer redemption. Print out, scanned copy, screen capture or photocopy will not be accepted.

How to Redeem Your Spending Rewards

Eligible customers will receive a Congratulatory SMS notification# from Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Macau) Limited (ICBC Macau) #.
Please log in to "ICBC Macau Mobile Banking e-Life-Galaxy Reward Points-My Gift Vouchers" to view the relevant gift details.
Visit the designated concierge counter^ at StarWorld Hotel or Galaxy Macau within the redemption validity period mentioned in the issued e-voucher to redeem your rewards. Please present the gift page of the e-voucher, the Congratulatory SMS and your ICBC Macau Galaxy Credit Card for verification.
