Originating in nearby Shenzhen, Laurel has gone from strength to strength since joining Galaxy Macau. Selected for Hong Kong Tatler's Best Restaurants Guide consecutively in 2014, 2015, 2016 & 2017, Laurel has certainly made its culinary mark, delivering an innovative fusion of Chinese and Western cuisine, whilst staying true to its origins and offering the most authentic Cantonese cuisine and Dim Sum. Other signature dishes include tantalizing Peking Duck, and Drunken Shrimp. With so many divinely delicious dishes to choose from one visit might not be enough.

Dim Sum Combo

ROASTED PEKING DUCK
Carefully prepared using premium rice-fed duck, marinated with a selection of traditional sauces. The process includes blanching, skin drying, air drying, and roasting, allowing the flavors to fully infuse into the duck. The skin is crispy and delicious, complemented by a unique house-made sauce for a rich and distinctive taste.
"LAUREL" PIG'S KNUCKLES IN POT
One of the top ten signature dishes of Laurel. Slowly cooked with a secret sauce to retain its rich collagen content without being greasy. The thick, flavorful broth adds a unique taste that is highly popular among diners from various regions.
