In 2018, Goa Nights opened in Old Taipa Village, aiming to reshape Macau’s hotel-dominated cocktail scene with a more vibrant, contemporary drinking culture. As one of the early pioneers of independent craft cocktails in the city, it quickly became a standout destination, pairing modern Indian gastronomy with inventive craft cocktails.
