Botanica's menu is a feast for the senses, celebrating the deep connection between gastronomy and nature’s botanicals, vibrantly brought to life by the hotel’s Executive Chef, Stephen Hsu. Here, he presents a distinctive vision of reimagined international comfort food.
Designed by Moinard Bétaille as an urban jungle, Botanica is a serene, light-filled retreat for 48 guests. Unique red oak sculptures by Mexican artist Joel Escalona add natural elegance, creating a transportive yet welcoming setting for Chef Stephen’s exploration of taste and place.
