This exclusive celebration features a rare collaboration between Chef Chumpol Jangpra, the mastermind behind Bangkok’s two-Michelin-starred R-HAAN, and Saffron’s Executive Chef Jan Ruangnukulkit. A world-renowned ambassador of Thai gastronomy, Chef Chumpol masters the refined techniques of “Royal Thai” cooking, while Chef Jan offers her creative reimagining of traditional delicacies.
For two consecutive nights, Saffron will be adorned with Thai decorations, enlivened by Thai Kheem and dance performances. You will be invited to participate in thehandwashing ceremony – a tradition that symbolizes cleansing of bad luck and the start of a new beginning, before being guided through an extraordinary culinary dialogue of the two talented Thai chefs.
