Served in a traditional copper pot with an assortment of condiments, this dish is as authentic as it gets. The premium mutton is sourced from the pristine Ningxia Yanchitan, complemented by Dongbei frozen tofu and wild hazel mushrooms. To balance the rich taste of the marbled mutton, our pickled vegetables is the perfect side dish for a refreshing zing. You can also choose from our hand-cut beef, succulent Australian lobster, sweet Dalian abalone, and fresh Rushan oysters, all selected with the most discerning meat lovers and seafood fans in mind.
