Reinventing the whisky and cocktail experience, the latest installment of Pony & Plume’s “The Finest Pour” guest mixologist series welcomes KT Lam, an award-winning cocktail visionary from the Rosewood family, April 9, 2026.

As Director of Bars at Rosewood Bangkok, KT Lam oversees the acclaimed beverage program of Lennon's. His distinguished track record includes leading DarkSide at Rosewood Hong Kong to No. 9 on Asia’s 50 Best Bars in 2023, and Sora at Rosewood Phnom Penh to No. 65 on Asia’s 50 Best Bars in 2025.

For one evening only, KT will present four cocktails—each a distillation of his decade-long journey in mixology, inspired by the cities that have shaped him, capturing their energy, harmony, and contrasts.
