The acclaimed Michelin-starred 8½ Otto e Mezzo BOMBANA is honored to host a distinguished wine dinner, presenting the iconic vintages of the First Growth estate, Château Latour. This evening promises an exquisite dialogue between Executive Chef Marino D'Antonio's celebrated Italian artistry and some of Bordeaux's most powerful and elegant wines, guided personally by Mr. Rufus Beazley, Sales & Marketing Director Asia for Château Latour.
We are privileged to welcome Mr. Rufus Beazley, who will host the evening and share insights into the legacy of Château Latour. He will guide guests through a rare tasting of five historic vintages, including the Le Pauillac de Château Latour 2019, Les Forts de Latour 2012, and the monumental Château Latour 2015, 2010, and 2005. Our culinary team, led by Executive Chef Marino D'Antonio, has designed a bespoke Italian menu to converse with these wines, from Vitello Tonnato paired with Château-Grillet 2019 to Tagliolini with black truffle alongside the Château Latour 2015, culminating with Brasato of Wagyu beef served with two legendary vintages from the estate.
