These Terms & Conditions (the "T&C") govern Galaxy Rewards (the “Program”), a membership loyalty program of Galaxy Resort Macau (“We, our and/or us”) operated by “Successful Richness Limited”, our designated affiliate under Galaxy Entertainment Group.

Galaxy Rewards covers a full spectrum of benefits, privileges, incentives and promotional offers ranging from eligible retail shopping, restaurants & dining, hotel accommodation, spas, entertainment shows & concerts, cinema offers and other benefits at Galaxy Resort Macau, StarWorld Hotel, and Broadway Hotel (and all other Galaxy venues and properties as listed from time to time).

Enrollment and use of Galaxy Rewards signify your irrevocable and complete consent and acceptance of these terms and conditions, our Data Privacy Policies and/or any other changes or updates of the Program, which may be in force from time to time. Please read these carefully before joining the Program.

1. 2.1Membership to Galaxy Rewards is free of charge. Any eligible natural person aged 21 or above is entitled to enroll in the Program subject to the terms and conditions below. Legal entities, groups and/or associations are not eligible to sign up as members.
2. 2.2A member can sign up and register either through the official account at Galaxy Resort App or Galaxy Resort official WeChat Mini Program (collectively, “Official Digital Platforms”). Each member will be assigned a unique member ID and a digital membership card on our Official Digital Platforms.
3. 2.3Membership accounts, membership numbers, membership cards, tier status, Resort Points, benefits and offers are personal to the registered member, and may not be transferred, assigned, sold, exchanged, gifted, inherited to any other persons or otherwise disposed of, or may not be dealt with in any manner which is in conflict with these terms and conditions or without our prior approval.
4. 2.4Each member may register and maintain only one (1) Galaxy Rewards membership account. Creating or maintaining multiple accounts by fabricating different usernames or using third parties’ personal data is strictly prohibited. Breach of these terms and conditions would entitle us, at our sole and absolute discretion, to immediately cease, suspend and/or cancel the membership account and/or the membership card together with the Resort Points, benefits and offers permanently without notice. We reserve all our rights and remedies against any person for any breach.
5. 2.5The digital membership card, membership QR code and voucher QR code displayed within the Official Digital Platforms may contain security features including dynamic refresh functionality. Screenshots, photographs, screen recordings, printed copies or other reproduced versions of membership cards, membership QR codes or voucher QR codes will NOT be accepted. We reserve all our rights to request additional identity verification documents before granting any membership benefit, privilege, earning or redemption transaction.
6. 2.6Participation by Galaxy Entertainment Group employees in Galaxy Rewards shall be subject to the applicable Galaxy Entertainment Group employee policies, codes of conduct and any internal rules, guidelines or requirements issued by Human Resources & Administration Department or the relevant business units from time to time. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms & Conditions and any such policy, code, rule or guideline, the latter shall always prevail.
7. 2.7We reserve our sole and absolute discretion to review, approve, reject and refuse any applications or registrations for Galaxy Rewards Membership from time to time without notice nor reason. If any suspected irregularities, breaches and/or defaults of the terms and conditions are found, and/or any suspected wrongful, illegal, immoral acts or conduct are found to be committed by Galaxy Rewards member, we reserve our sole and absolute discretion to immediately cease, suspend, terminate and/or cancel the subject Galaxy Rewards membership account and/or membership card, together with all the corresponding Resort Points, benefits and entitlements, without notice or reason being given to such members, as we deem fit and necessary in the situation in order to protect and preserve the integrity of this Program and/or any of our rights and reputation in this matter. In any event, we will not be responsible nor liable to pay any compensation or offer any remedies to the corresponding members.

1. 3.1Galaxy Rewards Membership consists of four (4) membership tiers: Gold, Platinum, Black, and Elite. The applicable qualification criteria, spending thresholds and tier benefits are determined and published by us from time to time on our Official Digital Platforms. We reserve the right to amend such criteria at our sole and absolute discretion without prior notice.
2. 3.2Eligibility for tier upgrades shall be assessed based on Qualified Spending (refer to Clause 3.3 for details) during the applicable qualification period determined by Galaxy from time to time, including an aggregate consecutive 12-month period, same-day spending, or campaign-specific period (exclusions may apply).
3. 3.3Qualified Spending includes spending in the below participating outlets of Galaxy Resort Macau, StarWorld Hotel, and Broadway Hotel:

• Retail shops (list of participating retail outlets, please refer to Official Digital Platforms for more details)
• Restaurants and bars (list of participating restaurants & bars, please refer to Official Digital Platforms for more details)
• The Ritz-Carlton Spa, Macau
• Banyan Tree Spa, Macau
• Foot Hub
• Galaxy Cinemas
• “Love Between Fairy and Devil” VR Immersive Adventure Ride
• Galaxy Cinemas concession store and Galaxy Arena concession store
• Hotel bookings through our official direct channels, including the Galaxy Resort App, Galaxy Resort official WeChat Mini Program, our official Galaxy Resort, StarWorld Hotel and Broadway Hotel Websites (room rates only);

The following shall not constitute Qualified Spending:

• Pure Gold Items, tobacco products and bottled wine;
• Service charges, taxes, levies, transaction fees and credit card administrative fees;
• Refunded, reversed, duplicated or cancelled transactions;
• Gift cards, stored-value facilities, deposits and partial payments;
• Payments made using any loyalty program currency, resort credits, Resort Points, vouchers or similar instruments;
• Wedding, banquet and MICE spending; and
• Any other products, services, spending categories, transactions, outlets or channels designated by Galaxy from time to time, including without limitation: Cinema Ticket - Regular House (Exchange Coupon, Staff Discount, AIA, ICBC) / Cinema Ticket - Director's Club Discounted Price (Ticket Only, No F&B) redeem through AIA or ICBC Points Redemption / Cinema Ticket - Complimentary Tickets (For Service Recovery) / Cinema Ticket - Regular House Ticket Redemption / Movie Vouchers - Cash (3rd party) from Aomi & Tikbee / Cinema Ticket from Comp Slip, Privilege Dollar, Executives Settlement and Room Charge at Galaxy Cinemas, Hanfu Styling & Photography Experience at VR Immersive Experience Center.

Galaxy may determine from time to time, at its sole discretion, the participating outlets, eligible transactions, excluded transactions, earning eligibility, tier qualification criteria, campaign eligibility and applicable mechanics for Qualified Spending. The latest applicable details shall be published on the Official Digital Platforms.

1. 3.4We may, at our sole and absolute discretion, offer membership tier matching and/or upgrade in collaboration with the other selected loyalty customer programs, membership programs, customer segments, marketing campaigns or any other invitation channels from time to time we selected at our sole and absolute discretion. Any membership tier upgrade awarded to member, through the tier matching campaign(s) shall remain valid only for a specified period of time determined by us and/or our collaborated marketing partners subject to the special terms and conditions of the campaign(s) from time to time. Tier matched members may not be eligible for certain upgrade benefits, birthday benefits, welcome offers or promotional entitlements, at our sole and absolute discretion, unless otherwise specified. We reserve all our rights to amend, suspend or withdraw any tier matching programs and/or cease or terminate any tier matching arrangements at any time without prior notice.
2. 3.5Where a member's Galaxy Rewards tier is granted or adjusted through a tier matching arrangement designated by Galaxy from time to time, Galaxy may amend the member's tier in accordance with the applicable tier matching arrangement and its terms. However, where a member independently qualifies for a higher Galaxy Rewards tier through Qualified Spending, the member's Galaxy Rewards tier shall not be downgraded below the tier achieved through such Qualified Spending solely due to a change in status under the tier matching arrangement.
3. 3.6Elite Membership may also be granted by invitation at our sole and absolute discretion. Invitation criteria are strictly confidential and may be varied, amended, suspended or withdrawn at any time by us at our sole and absolute discretion, without prior notice.
4. 3.7Upon fulfillment of the Qualified Spending requirements and a successful membership tier upgrade, the tier shall remain valid for a period of twelve (12) months. The exact tier expiry date will be displayed on the member’s profile page on the Official Digital Platforms.
5. 3.8To maintain the membership tier, members must achieve at least the applicable tier qualification criteria and spending threshold for their membership tier as published on the Official Digital Platforms prior to the tier expiry date. Failure to meet such requirements shall result in a downgrade by one (1) membership tier.
6. 3.9Membership tier status will be assessed at the end of the expiry date of the tier. The resulting tier status (whether maintained or downgraded in accordance with Clause 3.8) shall take effect on the first day of the following calendar month and shall remain valid for a further twelve (12) months. The new exact tier expiry date will be reflected on the member’s profile.

1. 4.1Galaxy Rewards Members may earn Resort Points for Qualified Spending at participating outlets (refer to Clause 3.3) at the earning rates published on the Official Digital Platforms from time to time. Applicable earning rates may vary according to membership tier, spending category, account status or linkage, campaign eligibility, transaction channel and any other criteria determined by Galaxy from time to time.
2. 4.2Resort Points are generally posted on the member’s account as soon as reasonably practicable, and in most cases, almost instantaneously reflected after completion of the relevant transaction at the participating outlet. However, there will be cases where Resort Points will be credited to the member’s account after the eligible Qualified Spending is verified by us.
3. 4.3To earn or redeem Resort Points, Members must present their digital membership card at the time of payment or check-out at participating outlets within Galaxy Resort Macau, StarWorld Hotel, and Broadway Hotel.

For the avoidance of doubt:

• Hotel Stay: Resort Points may only be earned for hotel bookings made directly through our official channels, namely, Galaxy Resort App, Galaxy Resort WeChat Mini Program and our official hotel websites. Hotel room bookings and hotel stay charges are not eligible for Resort Points redemption.
• Galaxy Cinemas: The earning and redemption of Resort Points are only available for purchases made directly at designated physical points of sale at Galaxy Cinemas, subject to the applicable exclusions published by Galaxy from time to time.

1. 4.4Unless otherwise expressly stated by us, membership discounts, promotional offers, vouchers, Resort Points redemption, credit card privileges and any other incentives cannot be combined in a single transaction. Percentage-based discounts cannot be used together with Resort Points redemption in the same transaction. Fixed-value vouchers may be used together with Resort Points redemption only where expressly permitted by us.
2. 4.5Where Resort Points earning is applicable, Resort Points shall be calculated based on the final net amount paid after the application of any eligible discounts, promotional offers, vouchers, credits, Resort Points redemption and other deductions. The final transaction value recorded in our systems shall prevail for the purpose of determining Qualified Spending and Resort Points accrual.
3. 4.6Resort Points may be calculated to decimal places. While certain interfaces may display rounded figures for presentation purposes, the actual Resort Points balance maintained in our system shall prevail. All Resort Points calculations, accruals, adjustments and balances as recorded in our systems shall be final and conclusive save in the case of manifest error.
4. 4.7Unless otherwise specified by Galaxy, Resort Points may only be redeemed in whole-point increments. Any fractional Resort Points will remain in the member’s account until they are accumulated into a whole point or otherwise expire in accordance with these T&Cs.
5. 4.8Resort Points remain valid for a minimum of 12 months and up to 18 months, depending on the date they were earned. Resort Points are set to expire on the last calendar day of every June and December:

• Resort Points earned between January 1 and June 30 will expire on June 30 of the following calendar year.
• Resort Points earned between July 1 and December 31 will expire on December 31 of the following calendar year.

1. 4.9Resort Points may be cancelled, reversed or adjusted in cases of returns, cancellations, or chargebacks. We reserve all our rights and remedies to make any necessary corrections or adjustments depending on the circumstances, without prior notice or recourse to the members.
2. 4.10Transactions with Resort Points earned and / or points redeemed are not eligible for full or partial refund, cancellation or voiding of the transaction unless with our prior consent.
3. 4.11Resort Points can be redeemed fully or partially, at the specified participating outlets in Galaxy Resort Macau, StarWorld Hotel, and Broadway Hotel at the rate of 1 point = MOP1. Each individual outlet may have exceptions and/or may be subject to special terms and conditions for Resort Points redemption, which may be updated from time to time without notice. Members are advised to enquire with the relevant outlet before completing a purchase using Resort Points.
4. 4.12For the avoidance of doubt, an outlet’s participation in Resort Points earning does not necessarily mean that Resort Points redemption is available at the same outlet. Certain participating outlets or Qualified Spending categories may be eligible for Resort Points earning but not Resort Points redemption. Please refer to our Official Digital Platforms for the latest participating outlets and available earning and redemption channels.
5. 4.13Any unused or unredeemed Resort Points after expiry will be fully and automatically forfeited on a permanent basis and will not be reinstated or compensated.
6. 4.14Blackout dates, exclusions, and venue-specific rules may apply.
7. 4.15Resort Points cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for any monetary value. Resort Points are promotional in nature, are not personal property or chattels that could be vested with personal property rights or ownership. Resort Points credited to the member’s account are complimentary in nature, and are solely rewarded as loyalty incentive and appreciation of spending at our Galaxy Resort Macau, StarWorld Hotel, and Broadway Hotel, subject to terms and conditions which may be modified or cancelled at our discretion.

1. 5.1Members may enjoy the membership benefits as listed on our Official Digital Platforms, where the applicable terms and conditions of each offer are stated.
2. 5.2To enjoy any membership benefits, discounts or vouchers, a member must present the registered digital membership card at the time of payment, reservation or order placement, or on any other occasion requested by a participating outlet, including selected restaurants and Galaxy Cinemas, in accordance with the outlet’s operational requirements in force from time to time.
3. 5.3Birthday gifts and upgrade privilege included in the membership benefits will only be given to Galaxy Rewards members who attain a tier upgrade through aggregated Qualified Spending over twelve (12) consecutive months or same-day Qualified Spending, subject to our terms and conditions from time to time in force. Members whose tier upgrades are obtained through membership tier matching or any other non-spending qualification mechanism (such as upgrade in collaboration with the other selected loyalty customer programs, membership programs, customer segments, marketing campaigns or any other invitation channels from time to time) determined by us are not eligible for these benefits.
4. 5.4All membership benefits, privileges, experiences, access rights, reservations, upgrades, complimentary items, tickets, invitations and services are subject to availability, capacity controls, blackout dates, participating venue restrictions and any additional terms and conditions imposed by us or the participating outlets from time to time in force.
5. 5.5The availability, scope, eligibility criteria and redemption requirements of any membership benefits, privileges, offers, vouchers, invitations, discounts, access rights or promotions are subject to the terms and conditions from time to time in force which are published on our Official Digital Platforms. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between the terms and conditions shown in any promotional materials and our Official Digital Platforms, our sole and absolute determination shall be final and binding to all members.
6. 5.6Benefits may be amended, substituted, suspended or withdrawn at any time at our sole and absolute discretion and without notice.
7. 5.7Whilst we will endeavor to ensure the functionality of the system and the Program, we shall not be liable for any inaccuracies or errors in Resort Points shown in a member’s account, whether or not such error results from technical malfunction, contractor, sub-contractor, operator and/or any third parties’ faults, mistakes, misrepresentation or any factors beyond our control or otherwise.
8. 5.8Unless otherwise specified, complimentary benefits, vouchers, invitations, upgrades, tickets and promotional offers:

1. are non-transferable;
2. are not exchangeable for cash;
3. may not be resold;
4. have no cash value; and
5. shall expire on the date specified by us if unused.

1. 6.1By enrollment into Galaxy Rewards, you are required to provide personal information to us and/or our affiliated companies, third party institutions, service providers, contractors and/or sub-contractors (including, without limitation, your name, address, email address, phone number, region, valid ID card number or travel document number), collectively referred to as "Personal Information" or “Sensitive Personal Information (under PRC PIPL)”. You can refuse to provide certain Personal Information, but this may result in our inability to provide or continue to provide the services under the Program.
2. 6.2The Personal Information you provide to us will be used for the following purposes (“Purposes”):

• Confirm your membership eligibility for the Program;
• We will carry out daily operations and provide services under Galaxy Rewards Program and/or any other marketing & promotional activities (including informing you and providing you with the discounts, benefits, rights, rewards and promotions under this Galaxy Rewards or doing customer research relating to preferences, for the sole purposes of enhancing and facilitating the member’s Qualified Spendings, entering into transactions and/or contracts, and/or making purchase of our goods & services in Galaxy Resort Macau, StarWorld Hotel, and Broadway Hotel;
• Ensure us to continuously understand and manage the membership status of the customers;
• Confirm and process the goods and/or services bookings, purchases, payments made by the members relating to their consumptions at Galaxy Resort Macau, StarWorld Hotel, and Broadway Hotel;
• Information verifications to ensure safe log-in to your membership account;
• Respond to customers’ complaints and queries;
• Comply with any applicable laws and regulations, and fulfill any obligations, requirements or arrangements that we are required to follow regarding the disclosure and use of data; or
• Any other usage that is directly related or associated with any of the above-mentioned sections.

1. 6.3Personal Information held by us may be provided to the following individuals, regardless of whether they are in Macau SAR, Hong Kong SAR, Mainland China, and/or elsewhere (in case of cross-border data transfer, we will follow the applicable requirements and adopt reasonable and necessary protective measures as required):

• Any members (including subsidiaries, affiliated and/or associated companies) of Galaxy Entertainment Group.
• Any person or entity to whom any member of the Galaxy Entertainment Group is obligated or required to disclose such information as described above for the Purposes.
• Any agent, contractor, sub-contractor, vendor or third-party service provider who provides administrative, telecommunications, computer, payment, technical or other services to us and whose services are related to our business or services under the Program for the Purposes;
• Any other person who undertakes a confidentiality obligation to us (including, without limitation, any directors, employees or staff employed by the aforesaid persons or entities who have committed to keeping such information confidential).
• Any such other persons or entities more specifically mentioned in our Privacy Policy (https://www.galaxymacau.com/privacy-policy/).

1. 6.4Using Personal Information in marketing activities for the Purposes:

We intend to use or forward the Personal Information to any persons or entities mentioned in Clause 6.3 for marketing activities for the Purposes only. By joining this Galaxy Rewards Program, the members hereby specifically, explicitly and irrevocably agree to us that:

• We may use the member’s Personal Information such as names, contact information, product and service information, transaction patterns and behaviors, and statistical data of the members for direct marketing activities.
• The following categories of services, products and contents can be marketed:

• Services and products related to our shopping malls, hotels, spas, cinemas, VR experience, restaurants and bars, catering services and lifestyle entertainment services, such as concerts, performances and shows in our Galaxy Resort Macau, StarWorld Hotel and Broadway Hotel;
• Customer rewards, benefits, rewards, privilege, membership enrollment and upgrades, discounts or cooperation brand programs and related services and products; and
• The services, products and contents mentioned above can be provided by any members of Galaxy Entertainment Group or by other third parties. In addition to marketing the aforementioned services, products and contents, you hereby specifically, explicitly and expressly consent that we may provide the Personal Information mentioned above to all or any of the aforementioned persons or entities for their marketing purposes of the aforementioned services, products and contents.

1. 6.5Members may exercise their right to access, copy, correct, supplement or delete their Personal Information, withdraw consent where applicable, and submit complaints or requests through the channels specified in the Privacy Policy.
2. 6.6Should there be any change to a member’s personal data (including, without limitation, information shown in identity card or travel document, email or correspondence address and contact phone numbers) kept by us, the member shall either make the necessary changes through our Official Digital Platforms or through email. We shall not be responsible for any errors, mistakes, losses or damages suffered as a result of a member’s failure to update his/her personal data held by us.
3. 6.7Personal Information provided by you under the Program will also be subject to the terms and the conditions as stipulated in our PRIVACY POLICY (https://www.galaxymacau.com/privacy-policy/).

1. 7.1We reserve our sole and absolute right to suspend, cease or terminate any membership accounts (including, without limitation all the Resort Points, and any other benefits, discounts, privileges and/or offers) for suspected or reported fraud, misuse, misconduct, dishonesty, default and/or breach of these terms and conditions, as further supplemented in Clause 8.3.
2. 7.2We have the right to audit and review the membership accounts together with the Resort Points, and correct and revise the balances at any time at our sole and absolute discretion, should we find any errors, mistakes or when Clause 7.1 applies.
3. 7.3We have the sole and absolute discretion in making final decisions on granting the Galaxy Rewards membership to any applicant, on granting any reward or benefit that a member may be entitled to or on any dispute relating to the membership and the membership card.
4. 7.4Members shall agree to abide by all terms and conditions set by us upon participating in any promotional activity and shall accept as final and binding all our decisions relating to the matters and disputes.

1. 8.1Both a member and we have the right to terminate a member account at any time. Suspension, termination or cancellation of membership shall result in the forfeiture of all of the member's benefits and privilege offers, awards and prizes, etc.
2. 8.2Termination by member: Member may terminate Galaxy Rewards membership at any time by sending an email request to info@galaxyentertainment.com, accompanied by valid identification for verification. Please note if you request cancellation of your membership or deletion of certain personal data, we may be unable to fully comply with such request where retention of specific data is required under applicable laws, regulatory obligations, or internal policies.
3. 8.3Termination by us: We may suspend, terminate, or cancel a member’s Galaxy Rewards membership, and may cancel or void any complimentary goods, services, vouchers, or benefits offered to a member at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reasons deemed appropriate by us at our sole and absolute discretion. This includes, but is not limited to violation of these terms & conditions or any applicable laws and regulations; fraudulent or illegal activity, suspected or reported fault, breach or misconduct, including without limitation, misuse of Galaxy Rewards (e.g., attempting to sell or monetize membership benefits); providing false or misleading information during enrollment or in subsequent interactions; failure to engage in any qualifying activity for an extended period; disruptive, undesirable, or inappropriate behavior at Galaxy Resort Macau and in any of our properties; being prohibited or excluded from accessing any of our properties for any reasons such as according to the applicable law, our internal policy, administrative or legal action taken by us or government authorities; any indication or suspicion of fraudulent accumulation of spend transactions, Resort Points, or benefits.
4. 8.4Under any circumstances, when an account is permanently deleted, the digital membership card will be deactivated. All accumulated Resort Points, spend transactions, tier status, and any associated benefits will be immediately forfeited and cannot be reinstated or compensated in any form.

1. 9.1In the event of any system outage, maintenance, communications failure, technical malfunction, system errors, downtime or any circumstances beyond our control, certain Program functions may be unavailable, including without limitation, enrollment, Resort Points earning, Resort Points redemption, voucher redemption and any other account servicing etc. Whilst we will endeavor to maintain and resume the functionality of the Program, our Official Digital Platforms and our systems as soon as reasonably practicable in the circumstances, in case of any system errors or mistakes are found, such as Resort Points are not accurately reflected and posted in the member’s account due to system failure or force majeure event or whatsoever reasons, we are not liable to give any compensation to the member if the relevant supporting transaction records do not exist, have disappeared and/or erased (in full or partially) in or from the systems. Notwithstanding the aforesaid, we may consider crediting any missing Resort Points or benefits if sufficient and valid supporting transactional documents are provided for our validation and verification. Our determination shall be final and binding.
2. 9.2We do not give any representation or warranty that our Official Digital Platforms hosting the Program is fit for any particular purpose. We do not guarantee the stability, reliability, functionality and security of our Official Digital Platforms and the Program. You explicitly agree to take your own risks in using our Official Digital Platforms for the Program. We shall not be liable for any losses, costs, inconvenience or damages arising from any downtime, interruption, suspension and/or termination of the Program (whether temporary or permanent).
3. 9.3We may modify, suspend, or terminate Galaxy Rewards and/or these terms and conditions at any time. Unless otherwise stated, amendments will take effect upon publication on the Official Digital Platforms or on such later date specified by us. Where reasonably practicable, material amendments will be notified through the Official Digital Platforms or other appropriate communication channels.
4. 9.4Galaxy Rewards is a standalone membership program to promote lifestyle, shopping and hospitality services, as well as a customer incentive and rewards program for the Qualified Spending at Galaxy Resort Macau, StarWorld Hotel, and Broadway Hotel, subject to its own terms and conditions stated herein. Members must be fully responsible and liable to strictly abide by all relevant policies, rules, regulations, laws and legal requirements of the applicable jurisdictions, and shall indemnify us (together with each of our group companies, directors, employees, agents, contractors and sub-contractors, collectively “Indemnitees”) in full and hold each of them harmless against all claims, demands, actions, losses, damages, costs and expenses incurred to the aforesaid Indemnitees as a result of a member’s breach or default under these T&Cs.
5. 9.5These terms and conditions are governed by Macau SAR Law; disputes fall under exclusive jurisdiction of Macau courts.
6. 9.6In the event of any discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions of these T&Cs, the English version shall prevail.
