GALAXY ARENA, BROADWAY THEATRE & G BOX - TERMS AND CONDITIONAS OF TICKET SALE

Any purchase of a Ticket and Ticket holder from “Galaxy ICC & Arena Limited”, “Broadway Macau_^TM – Broadway Theatre” & “G Box at Galaxy Macau_^TM” (hereinafter referred to as “Venues”) is subject to: a) this GALAXY ARENA, BROADWAY THEATRE & G BOX – Terms and Conditions of Ticket Sale, b) GALAXY ARENA – Guest Rules and Regulations , and c) any special conditions and/or restrictions which have been brought to their attention.

1. Venues’ terms and conditions relating to Ticket sales and entry are available at the Galaxy Ticketing official website (ticketing.galaxymacau.com) and upon request from Venues’ staff.
2. A “Ticket” means a Ticket, Mobile Ticket, Electronic Ticket, wristband or any other verification object or device giving the bearer the right to attend an event or enter the venue.
3. Please check and keep Tickets properly upon receipt. Defacing a Ticket or removing a Ticket stub will invalidate the Ticket. A valid Ticket must be presented to gain entry to the venue and upon request for inspection at any time during the event. Failure to present a Ticket when requested may result in ejection from the venue. 
4. Tickets cannot be exchanged, cancelled or refunded after purchase unless the performance is cancelled or rescheduled, or where there is a material change to the event. Changes to supporting acts, members of a band or line-up of any multi-performer event are not considered to be a material change. The total refund for a Ticket shall be at the face value of the Ticket purchased.
5. If an event is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed, please refer to the point of purchase for details of Ticket agent’s refund and/or exchange policy. See the Venues’ Refund Policy for further details at the Galaxy Ticketing official website (ticketing.galaxymacau.com).
6. Refunds shall only be made to the person listed in our records as the original purchaser of the Tickets and, when reasonably feasible, shall be made using the same method of payment in our records. 
7. Venues may be unable to issue replacements for lost, stolen, damaged or defaced Tickets. Any decision to issue a replacement Ticket shall be made at the sole and absolute discretion of Venues.  
8. For certain events, Venues or promoters may apply additional restrictions to Tickets. Where a restriction applies to the number of Tickets that may be purchased (whether per person or per credit card) and Tickets are purchased in violation of this restriction, Venues may at its sole and absolute discretion cancel such Tickets. 
9. Venues reserves the right to cancel any booking or purchase which is suspected to have been made through use of Ticket bots, websites or other automated devices, or any other illegal or unauthorized activity. Venues only accepts responsibility for Tickets bought from our official website and official sales points. 
10. If due to a force majeure event or any other reasons beyond the control of Galaxy Ticketing, the sales system of Galaxy Ticketing crashes or not functioning properly, resulting in the inability to complete online transactions, loss of transaction records, or the transaction is declined or terminated, etc., unless expressly stipulated by law, Galaxy Ticketing shall not be liable to you for breach of contract or for compensation as a result thereof. In addition, Galaxy Ticketing will assist in handling any issues as soon as reasonably practicable so to avoid causing you any financial loss. 
11. If Tickets are collected from the venue, please bring order confirmation and the credit card used to make the order. Photo identification document presentation may also be required. 
12. If “Electronic Tickets” option is selected, any Ticket purchased will be delivered as an E-Ticket to the email address provided or a Mobile Ticket to the mobile number provided when the order is placed. Unauthorized duplication of E-Ticket may prevent admittance to the event. Venues is not responsible for any inconvenience caused by or damages suffered as a result of such unauthorized duplication, and Venues shall bear no further liability of any kind. 
13. Reselling Tickets or offering Tickets for sale for a profit (i.e. above the face value of the Ticket) is strictly prohibited and Venues reserves the sole and absolute right to cancel such Tickets without refund and/or refuse entry.  
14. Tickets may not be used in connection with any third-party advertising, promotions or competitions unless prior written consent is obtained from Venues.  
15. It is the sole responsibility of the Ticket holder to make travelling arrangement to and from the venue. Therefore, no refunds, exchanges or cancellations will be permitted due to the alteration, late arrival, unavailability, postponement or cancellation of travel services by land, air or sea, for any reason whatsoever. Venues shall not be liable for any loss of enjoyment or wasted expenditure arising therefrom.
16. Concession Ticket holders must produce acceptable proof of identity and concession entitlement (e.g. age or student status) may be required for review by staff of Venues upon entry.  
17. Events may be age restricted. It is the responsibility of the accompanying adult to determine the suitability of the event for any children attending. No refunds will be offered in circumstances where the accompanying adult decides, following the purchase of a Ticket, that the event is not suitable for minors or any other person for whom Tickets were purchased or intended. 
18. If Ticket specifies a seat number, Ticket holder must take the seat indicated. Venues reserve the right to, at its sole and absolute discretion, provide an alternative seat of similar value (subject always to availability) to the one specified on the Ticket if it is not feasible or desirable due to operational, safety or other reasons, to allow Ticket holder to occupy the seat specified on the Ticket. 
19. Ticket holder is responsible for arriving at the Venues in sufficient time prior to the start of an event. Failure to arrive on time may result in admission being delayed and may not be admitted until there is a suitable break in the performance, at the sole discretion of the venue management. No refund will be made to Guests who missed all or part of the event due to late arrival. 
20. Unauthorized recording (both video and sound), filming or photography are not allowed in the Venues during performances.  
21. Admission to the Venues and the event is subject to the terms, conditions and regulations of both the promoter and the Venues, as well as the laws of the Macau SAR.
22. Venues reserves the sole and absolute right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice or recourse.
23. In the event of any inconsistency between the Chinese and the English versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
24. Personal information provided by Ticket holders to Venues will be used in compliance with the laws of Macau. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, Ticket holder or purchaser actively, explicitly and voluntarily provides consent to Galaxy Entertainment Group and Venues for each of the following: (i) to process any Data (as defined in the Privacy Policy), including sensitive Data, for the purpose of providing the aforementioned services and products, and to personalize such services and products according specific requirements and personal preferences; (ii) to share Data with third party processors; and (iii) to transfer Data abroad.
