TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TICKET SALE

1.    Any purchase of a Ticket (as defined below) at and through our official Galaxy ticketing online platform (https://www.galaxyticketing.com) and/or Galaxy Ticketing Box Office (hereinafter referred to as “Galaxy Ticketing”) is subject to: the Terms and Conditions of Ticket Sale herein.  All Ticket holders are further subject to a) Guest Rules and Regulations of the relevant venues, and b) any special conditions and/or restrictions implemented by us, the venue owner or manager, and/or the event organizers or promotors from time to time. A “Ticket” means a Ticket, Mobile Ticket, Electronic Ticket, wristband or any other verification object or device giving the bearer the right to attend an event or enter the venue.
2.    Please check and keep Tickets properly upon receipt. Defacing a Ticket or removing a Ticket stub will invalidate the Ticket. A valid Ticket must be presented to gain entry to the venue and upon request for inspection at any time during the event. Failure to present a Ticket when requested may result in ejection from the venue. 
3.    Tickets cannot be exchanged, cancelled or refunded after purchase unless the performance is cancelled or rescheduled. Changes to event contents or run-downs, casts, supporting acts, members of a band or line-up of any multi-performer events or seats with a partially or fully obstructed views are not grounds for any refund or exchange for Tickets. 
4.    Any request for a refund for a Ticket shall be at the sole and absolute decision of the event organizer and/or us. The request for a total refund for a Ticket, if approved by the event organizer and/or us, the refunded amount shall be limited to or no greater than the face value of the Ticket purchased ONLY. All other relevant ticketing, handling, administrative and/or any similar services charges or fees paid, including but not limited to the customer service fees, administration fees and courier fees (if applicable) are non-refundable under any circumstances.
5.    If an event is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed, the event organizer reserves its rights to decide and announce the ticket refund arrangements, forms of communication and information dissemination channels such as via social media platforms. Any ticket holders must contact their respective ticketing platforms directly for refund or ticket exchange. 
6.    All complimentary tickets are non-refundable and not eligible for any refund or exchange arrangement.
7.    Refunds shall only be made to the persons listed in our records as the original purchaser of the Tickets and, when reasonably feasible, shall be made using the same method of payment in our records. 
8.    Replacements for lost, stolen, damaged or defaced Tickets will not be accepted. Any decision to issue a replacement Ticket shall be made at our sole and absolute discretion.  
9.    For certain events, venues owners, venue manager and/or event promoters may apply additional restrictions to Tickets. Restriction may be applied to the number of Tickets that may be purchased (whether per person or per credit card). If anyone  violates this restriction, we may at our sole and absolute discretion cancel the purchase of such Tickets. 
10.    We reserve our right to cancel any booking or purchase of a Ticket, which is suspected to have been made through use of Internet bots, websites or other automated devices, or any other illegal, unlawful or unauthorized activity. We are not responsible nor liable to any tickets bought from other ticketing agents, websites and/or  any unofficial sales points. 
11.    If due to a force majeure event or any other reasons beyond the control of Galaxy Ticketing, the sales system of Galaxy Ticketing crashes or not functioning properly, resulting in the inability to complete online transactions, loss of transaction records, the transaction is delayed, declined or terminated, or any mistaken transactions etc., unless expressly stipulated by law in Macau, Galaxy Ticketing shall not be liable to any Ticket holders for breach of contract or for compensation as a result thereof. In addition, the maximum liability of Galaxy Ticketing shall be strictly limited to a full refund of the Ticket price.  No other direct, indirect, consequential, ancillary and/or incidental loss or damage will be compensated as a result of an event is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed..
12.    If Tickets are collected from Galaxy Ticketing Box Office, the purchaser must present the original identification document to our staff for checking before Ticket collection. Photo identification document presentation may also be required.   Failure to provide as such or for any reasons if the Ticket holder’s identity could not be verified, we are entitled to stope and/or forfeit the admission rights to the event.
13.    If “QR code Electronic Tickets” option is selected, it will be displayed in “My Tickets” of their Galaxy Ticketing account. Please ensure that the email address and mobile number used during account registration are accurate to receive the E-ticket and related notifications smoothly. We are not responsible nor liable to the Ticket purchaser for any loss or damage of E-Ticket due to whatsoever reasons, including but not limited to any Tickets purchaser’s acts, faults or omissions. 
14.    Unauthorized duplication of E-Ticket may prevent admittance to the event. We are not responsible for any inconvenience caused or damages suffered as a result of such unauthorized duplication. 
15.    Reselling Tickets or offering Tickets for sale for a profit is strictly prohibited and we reserve the sole and absolute right to cancel such Tickets and/or the Ticket holders will be refused entry to the event without refund nor any compensation.  
16.    Tickets may not be used in connection with any third-party advertising, promotions or competitions unless prior written consent is obtained from the event organizers and/or us.  
17.    It is the sole responsibility of the Ticket holder to make travelling arrangement to and from the venue. Therefore, no refunds, exchanges or cancellations will be permitted due to any changes, delays, unavailability, postponement or cancellation of travel services by land, air or sea, for any reason whatsoever. Neither the event organizer nor we shall be liable for any loss of enjoyment or any expenditure or damages arising therefrom.
18.    Concession Ticket holders must produce acceptable proof of identity and concession entitlement (e.g. age or student status) may be required for review by staff of event venues upon entry.    Failure to provide as such or for any reasons if the Ticket holder’s age or identity could not be verified, we are entitled to stope and/or forfeit the admission rights to the event.
19.    Events may be age restricted. It is the responsibility of the accompanying adult to determine the suitability of the event for any children attending. No refunds will be offered in circumstances where entry is refused by the venues and/or the event organizers due to underage; or should the accompanying adult decide, following the purchase of a Ticket, that the event is not suitable for minors or any other person for whom Tickets were purchased or intended. 
20.    If Ticket specifies a seat number, Ticket holder must take the seat indicated. We, the event organizers and/or the venue may reserve the right to, at its sole and absolute discretion, provide an alternative seat of similar value (subject always to availability) to the one specified on the Ticket if it is not feasible or desirable due to operational, safety or other reasons, to allow Ticket holder to occupy the seat specified on the Ticket. 
21.    Ticket holders are responsible to arrive at the Venues in sufficient time prior to the start of an event. Failure to arrive on time may result in admission being delayed and may not be permitted to enter until there is a suitable break in the performance, at the sole discretion of the venue and/or the event management. No refund will be made to Ticket holders who missed all or part of the event due to late arrival. 
22.    Unauthorized recording (both video and sound), filming or photography are not allowed in the venues during performances. 
23.    Admission to the venues and the event is subject to the terms, conditions and regulations of both the event promoter and the venues owner and/or the venues managers, as well as the laws of the Macau SAR.
24.    We reserve the sole and absolute right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice or recourse.
25.    In the event of any inconsistency between the Chinese and the English versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
26.    Personal information provided by Ticket holders to Venues will be used in compliance with the laws of Macau. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, Ticket holder or purchaser actively, explicitly and voluntarily provides consent to Galaxy  Entertainment Group and/or the event organizers for each of the following: (i) to process any Data (as defined in the Privacy Policy), including sensitive Data, for the purpose of providing the aforementioned services and products, and to personalize such services and products according specific requirements and personal preferences; (ii) to share Data with third party processors; and (iii) to transfer Data abroad.
