Booking must be guaranteed by credit card and room rate will be charged upon arrival.
All cancellations or amendments must be made by 3pm, one day prior to the arrival date. Room rate of the first night plus service charge and tourism tax will be charged for no show or late cancellation.
The registered guest must be 18 years of age or above to check in.
The maximum number of registered persons in a One Bedroom Suite is 3 adults (with extra supplement charge) and 2 children aged 12 or below; or 2 adults and 2 children aged 12 or below, the 2 children sharing the room with their parents will not be provided an extra bed (without any package benefits).
The third occupying guest (13 years old or above) is subject to a surcharge of MOP/HKD500 per person per night at Capella at Galaxy Macau, subject to a 10% service charge and a 5% tourism tax (without any offer benefits).
