Botanica’s Moinard Bétaille-designed tropical interiors reflect harmony and natural elements, complete with indoor pools, lush greenery and wooden sculptures by Mexican artist Joel Escalona. Escalona’s innovative organic sculptures in red oak enhance Botanica’s expression of simple-yet-refined bistro-dining.
