Eight award-winning Korean mixologists will gather in Macau on July 14 for what is to be Long Bar’s most talent-packed cocktail extravaganza.

Five extraordinary bars in Seoul are listed on Asia’s 50 Best Bars, and we are proud to present the innovative forces behind four of these popular haunts, offering you a taste of the city’s vibrant and diverse cocktail scene.

• Bar Cham (#20 – Asia’s 50 Best Bars) – Co-owners and bartenders Byungjin Lim and Yeonghwi Yun will whip up delightful concoctions that champion Korean spirits and homegrown ingredients.
• Alice (#46 – Asia’s 50 Best Bars) – Founder Terry Kim and General Manager Mason Park introduce a sense of wonder to cocktails with experiences that echo the adventures of Lewis Carroll’s heroine.
• Le Chamber (#48 – Asia’s 50 Best Bars) – One of Seoul's most famous speakeasies helmed by co-owners and bartenders Jae-jin Lim and Louis Eom.
• Pine & Co (#50 – Asia’s 50 Best Bars) – The brainchild of Duui Hong and Beomsuk Park who explore sustainable mixology by blending forward-thinking techniques with amazing flavour combinations.
