Galaxy Macau’s Yamazato Japanese Restaurant presents the exclusive Mutsuki Kaiseki this January 2026, a culinary celebration inspired by Japan’s traditional New Year Osechi Ryori. Each dish carries meaningful symbolism—black beans for health, herring roe for prosperity—while showcasing the season’s finest offerings from Hokkaido: sweet scallops, delicate snow crab, and rich anglerfish liver. Early spring ingredients such as fragrant sanpokan citrus and fresh greens further reflect the turn of the season.

Our chef-crafted menu begins with a refreshing sanpokan appetizer, followed by elegantly prepared dishes including the Kyoto-style “Steamed Sea Bream with Turnip,” a colorful Grilled Hassun, and tender grilled Japanese Black Wagyu. The experience concludes with seasonal fruit, rounding off a meal that honors tradition and the beauty of winter’s transition into spring.
