In celebration of the second anniversary of his first overseas restaurant, three-Michelin-starred sushi master Masaaki Miyakawa returns for an extraordinary reunion with newly appointed Executive Chef and longtime protégé, Tetsuya Uno. The master has also brought with him the highly sought-after creations of Domaine Takahiko, Hokkaido’s visionary winemaker.

This exclusive collaboration is an extension of the two veteran chefs’ culinary dialogue—a testament to mutual trust and a singular, shared philosophy. Chef Uno, having refined his mastery over three decades, breathes life into Master Miyakawa’s vision with technical rigor and artistic intuition.

The seasonal omakase serves as a profound exploration of provenance and balance. It is elevated by the distinctively umami-driven wines of Domaine Takahiko—widely regarded as the cult Hokkaido DRC and the island's most sought-after and rarest producer.
