The dinner commences with our "Chiu Chow Premium Appetizers Platter," where the savory and umami-rich flavors are perfectly met by the lively acidity and crisp freshness of the 2022 Domaine Buisson-Charles, Bourgogne Aligoté "Hors Classe", awakening the palate. This is followed by " Smoked Black Cod Fish with Steamed Egg White," where the delicate smoky aroma and rich, buttery texture of the fish find their ideal match in the classic notes of roasted nuts, citrus, and profound minerality of the 2022 Domaine Buisson-Charles, Meursault 1er Cru "Charmes", creating a synergy of ultimate savoriness and complexity. For the main course, the intense aroma of truffle and luxurious richness of Wagyu in the "Braised Wagyu Beef Slices Wrapped with Truffle and Wild Mushroom" will be eloquently interpreted by two remarkable red wines: first, the red fruit and silky tannins of the 2022 Domaine Buisson-Charles, Beaune 1er Cru "Les Teurons" set an elegant stage, before the majestic structure and profound depth of dark fruits and spices in the 2022 Domaine Buisson-Charles, "Corton" Grand Cru elevate the experience to a sensational climax.
