Terms and Conditions

1. Reservations are required to be made at least 5 days in advance to enjoy the promotion and are subject to availability.
2. No cancellation, amendment and refund will be entertained. In the event of no show, no refund will be provided. Pre-payment must be made via a valid credit card to guarantee the reservation. Non-guaranteed reservation will be released.
3. The registered guest must be 18 years of age or above to check in.
4. The maximum number of registered persons in any room at Galaxy Hotel is 3 adults (with extra supplement charge) OR 2 adults and 2 children aged 12 or below.
5. The third occupying guest (13 years old or above) or requesting an extra bed is subject to a surcharge of MOP388 per person per night (without any package benefits) and 10% service charge and 5% tourism tax.
6. Opening hours of Grand Resort Deck is subject to weather conditions.
