Package Specific Terms and Conditions

• This offer is only valid for advance reservation with staying minimum 2 consecutive nights
• Booking must be fully prepaid by credit card and any cancellation, amendment or refund is not allowed. Charges cannot be applied to other stays, services or merchandise.
• Extension of room is subject to the hotel room availability and the best available rates will apply.
• For guests who booked under non-refundable offers, original credit card used in booking must be presented upon check-in for verification purposes. Hotel reserves the right to reject guest check in without the presentation of original credit card with designated signature.
• Up to 1 additional guest (12 years of age and older) requiring an extra bed is subject to an extra charge of MOP/HKD 500+15% per person.

General Terms and Conditions

• PRICE & AVAILABILITY- Settlement of this offer is in MOP/HKD, subject to 10% Service Charge and 5% Government Tax.
• In accordance with the Macao SAR Government, any spending on hotels is exempt from the 5% Government Tax until December 31, 2022.
• All hotel rates for Hotel Okura Macau are per room per night on single or double occupancy. Children (12 years of age or below) sharing room with parents and without extra bed stay free.
• Charges for optional incidentals (including but not limited to gratuities, food and beverage, parking, movie and other optional incidentals) are not included.
• CREDIT CARD GUARANTEE - All reservations require a valid credit card to guarantee.
• Confirmation of reservation is subject to availability.
• RESTRICTIONS - Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers.
• All package inclusions are on a per stay basis, unless stated differently. Unused package benefits cannot be reimbursed or redeemed for cash either in full or in part.
• A registered guest must be 18 years of age or above to check in to Hotel Okura Macau.
• CHECK-IN/OUT - Check-in time is from 15:00. Check-out time by 11:00.
• EXTENDING YOUR STAY - Extensions will require a new reservation for the additional date(s), subject to availability and prevailing rates, and this rate shall not apply.
• CANCELLATION POLICY - Unless otherwise stated, cancellations made within 72 hours prior to arrival, including no-show and early departure, will be subject to a charge of one night's room rate.
• The Hotel reserves the right to amend any terms and conditions stated herein and may withdraw or discontinue offers at any time without prior notice. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of the hotel.
