October is traditionally known as ‘Kannazuki’ in Japan. Yamazato is launching Kannazuki Kaiseki limited for this October, featuring a wide variety of Autumn ingredients from Japan. Each dish is delicately garnished with Autumn colors. The menu features many special rare items such as Scallop cake with Matsutake mushroom in soup, the Skilfish with Potato gratin in Japanese style, and Snow crab and Mackerel in crab broth with Maitake mushroom.
